【摘要】：列宁人权思想是马克思主义唯物史观的重要组成部分，具有十分丰富的理论内涵和实践意义。列宁人权思想以马克思恩格斯人权理论为指导，批判了资产阶级的人权观，丰富和发展了马克思恩格斯的人权理论，并且应用于俄国社会主义建设实践。列宁人权思想立足于历史唯物主义的基础，坚持经济基础决定上层建筑、普遍性和特殊性的统一等历史唯物主义基本原理，结合俄国无产阶级革命和社会主义建设实践，继承和发展了马克思恩格斯的人权理论。列宁人权思想以关注人的生存和发展为基础，以实现人的全面自由发展为最终理想和目标，它既有民族的特点，又具有时代的特征，是马克思主义人权理论的第二座里程碑。进一步深入研究列宁人权思想，对于中国特色社会主义人权事业的发展，对于解决当前人权领域的国际争端，都具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文共分为四个部分：第一部分，主要从列宁人权思想产生的理论渊源考察了其产生的哲学基础。列宁人权思想立足于现实的“人”，以唯物史观为指导，继承和发展了马克思主义人权思想。第二部分，分析了列宁人权思想的形成背景和逻辑进程，主要以俄国的社会主义人权实践为基础，，形成了符合俄国实际的社会主义人权制度。第三部分，立足于历史唯物主义的基础，论述了列宁人权思想的主要内容，包括生存权和发展权、无产阶级民主和自由、民族自决权以及其他权利，同时探讨了其历史唯物主义内涵。第四部分，从理论和实践层面全面阐述了列宁人权思想的当代意义，是文章的落脚点。
[Abstract]:Lenin thought of human rights is an important part of Marx's historical materialism, has rich theoretical connotation and practical significance of Lenin's human rights thought. With Marx Engels's human rights theory, criticized the bourgeois concept of human rights, the enrichment and development of Marx and Engels's human rights theory, and applied to the Russian Socialist construction practice. Based on Lenin's human rights thought based on the historical materialism, adhere to the economic base determines the superstructure, the unity of universality and particularity, the basic principle of historical materialism, combining with the Russian proletarian revolution and socialist construction practice, inheritance and development of Marx Engels's theory of human rights. Lenin thought of human rights on the basis of pay attention to human survival and development, to achieve the free and comprehensive development as the ultimate ideal and goal, it has national characteristics, but also has the characteristics of the times, is The second milestone of Marx's theory of human rights is to further study Lenin's thought of human rights, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and for solving the current international disputes in the field of human rights.
This article is divided into four parts:
In the first part, the philosophical basis of Lenin's human rights thought is investigated from the theoretical origin of Lenin's human rights thought. Lenin's human rights thought is based on the reality of "man". Guided by historical materialism, he inherited and developed Marx's human rights thought.
The second part analyzes the background and logical process of Lenin's human rights thought, mainly based on Russian Socialist human rights practice, and forms a socialist human rights system which is consistent with Russia's reality.
The third part, based on the basis of historical materialism, discusses the main contents of Lenin's human rights thought, including the right to existence and development, proletarian democracy and freedom, the right of national self-determination and other rights, and discusses its historical materialism.
The fourth part, from the theoretical and practical level, comprehensively expounds the contemporary significance of Lenin's human rights thought, which is the foothold of the article.
