论马克思主义人口理论视角下“全面二孩”政策的意义

【摘要】：马克思主义人口理论是建立在辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义基础上的一种科学理论,是马克思主义理论体系的重要组成部分,也是我们进行人口研究、制定人口政策进而解决人口问题的指导思想和基本原则。全面二孩政策是国家在准确把握住了马克思主义人口理论的核心和内涵的基础上,与我国具体国情相结合的成果,是适用于中国发展的生育政策。在马克思主义人口理论的视角下,全面二孩政策对提高人的整体素质、缓解人口老龄化、均衡人口结构、增加劳动力供给、促进社会经济发展等具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Marxist population theory is a kind of scientific theory based on dialectical materialism and historical materialism. It is an important part of the Marxist theoretical system and is also the population study.The guiding ideology and basic principles of formulating population policy and solving population problems.The comprehensive two-child policy is the result of combining the core and connotation of Marxist population theory with the specific conditions of our country, and is a fertility policy suitable for the development of China.From the perspective of Marxist population theory, the comprehensive two-child policy is of great significance to improve the overall quality of human beings, ease the aging of the population, balance the population structure, increase the supply of labor force, and promote the social and economic development.
