邓小平党的先进性教育思想研究

【摘要】：邓小平党的先进性教育思想是邓小平党建理论的重要内容，在邓小平理论中占有重要地位。十一届三中全会后，随着改革开放的实行和社会主义市场经济的深入发展使我党如何保持先进性面临严峻的挑战，苏东剧变和苏联解体的经验教训也值得我们借鉴和思考，在此基础上邓小平继承马恩、列宁、斯大林、毛泽东党的教育思想成果，在结合现实情况的基础上提出了一系列保持党的先进性的教育思想。这些教育思想涉及党的教育的重要性、目标、任务和衡量标准，以“三个面向”为指导思想，包括思想、组织、作风、制度、反腐败五方面内容，以教育必须为社会主义建设服务，社会主义必须依靠教育；理论联系实际；学马列要精、要管用；干部队伍“四化”建设为方针，以政治性、制度化、又红又专、干部年轻化为原则，通过说服疏导、民主讨论、自我教育、向群众学习、榜样教育的方法和学校教育、在职教育、训练班教育的途径对党员进行教育。在新的历史时期，邓小平党的先进性教育思想具有政治性与时代性、前瞻性与务实性、继承性与创新性、科学的目标性与可操作性的鲜明特色，在对马克思主义党的教育学说和毛泽东党的教育思想继承和发展的基础上，邓小平党的先进性教育思想对江泽民和胡锦涛党的先进性教育思想产生了深远影响，，并且为当前党的先进性教育工作指明了方向，增强了党的先进性教育的可操作性，有利于建立一支高素质的党员干部队伍，使我党保持与时俱进的理论品质，不断提高执政能力具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's advanced education thought is the important content of the Party building theory of Deng Xiaoping, and occupies an important position in the theory of Deng Xiaoping.After the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, with the implementation of reform and opening up and the in-depth development of the socialist market economy, our party faced severe challenges on how to maintain its advanced nature. The experience and lessons of the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and the disintegration of the Soviet Union are also worthy of our reference and reflection.On this basis, Deng Xiaoping inherits the educational thought achievements of Ma en, Lenin, Stalin and Mao Zedong Party, and puts forward a series of educational thoughts to maintain the Party's advanced nature on the basis of combining with the reality.These educational ideas relate to the importance, objectives, tasks and standards of the Party's education.Their guiding ideology is "three facets", including five aspects: ideology, organization, work style, system, and anti-corruption.Education must serve socialist construction, socialism must rely on education; theory should be integrated with practice; learning from horse and Leninism should be effective; and the construction of the "four modernizations" in the contingent of cadres should be based on political, institutionalized and specialized policies.The principle of rejuvenating cadres is to educate Party members through persuasion, democratic discussion, self-education, learning from the masses, methods of example education, school education, on-the-job education, and training class education.In the new historical period, the educational thought of Deng Xiaoping's advanced nature has the distinct characteristics of politics and times, foresight and practicality, inheritance and innovation, scientific goal and maneuverability.On the basis of inheriting and developing the educational theory of Marxism Party and Mao Zedong Party, the advanced education thought of Deng Xiaoping Party has a profound influence on the educational thought of Jiang Zemin Party and Jiang Zemin Party.It also points out the direction of the Party's advanced education, strengthens the maneuverability of the Party's advanced education, helps to establish a contingent of high-quality Party members and cadres, and enables our Party to maintain the theoretical quality of keeping pace with the times.It is of great significance to continuously improve the ruling ability.
