和谐社会建设中社会思潮及引领研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济全球化在世界范围内的扩张,西方的价值观念、生活方式、尤其是西方的各种思潮也经由各种渠道传入我国,不断对我国发生影响,改变着人们的政治观念、侵蚀着人们的理想信念、诱发了社会风气的腐化和道德失范。经济全球化的序幕也使中国社会进入了转型期,新的经济、政治、文化等因素的不断增长推动了社会组织分化,社会关系、社会结构以及社会行为模式、社会生活方式的转变,从而引发了意识形态领域的变迁。伴随着社会阶级阶层结构的进一步分化,各阶层社会心理和社会意识日益多样化和个性化,意识形态差异也十分突出。因此,现阶段,我国进入了社会思潮多元多样、交流融合、互相碰撞的时期。如果任凭多样化的社会思潮在社会上流行、传播,必然会导致思想文化领域的混乱,进而影响社会的和谐与稳定。因此,展开在和谐社会建设中社会思潮及其引领问题的研究。本文从研究社会思潮的涵义入手,分析了社会思潮一般意义上的分类、发生和传播,揭示社会思潮的本质特征,进而指出社会思潮的传播路径和传播方式。社会思潮是意识形态的一种特殊表现形式。因此,本文系统分析了社会思潮与意识形态以及社会建设的关系,阐明社会思潮虽然是意识形态的一部分,但是它的涵义、影响范围和社会地位与意识形态有着巨大差异,因此得出社会思潮对意识形态有影响力,而意识形态对社会思潮有引领、整合力的结论。在此基础上,本文又进一步分析了当前主流意识形态所具有的引领功能。社会主义核心价值体系作为当前的主流意识形态,具有维护和发展社会主义的经济基础和巩固政治上层建筑的重要精神作用,同时还能够引领和整合社会思潮。因为社会思潮所具有的较大社会影响力,因此它必然会对和谐社会建设产生影响。社会和谐必先文化和谐,因为文化和谐是社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,并且对政治和谐与经济和谐有着重要的影响。而要达到文化和谐的目标,就必须要有效引领多元多样的社会思潮,只有这样才能达到意识形态领域的统一与和谐,这是社会和谐的前提和基础。基于这样的理论分析,本文展开了对当代中国主流意识形态及社会思潮现状的阐述。在分析了主流意识形态及其居于主导地位之后,按照社会思潮的性质,本文将社会思潮分为非主流社会思潮和反主流社会思潮。并全面阐释了这两种社会思潮的具体表现形式、特点以及影响。其中,重点分析了反主流社会思潮的实质和危害,揭示了反主流社会思潮与社会主义制度和社会主义价值观严重对立,对主流意识形态具有对抗性。我国当前社会思潮之所以多元多样,主要是因为：经济全球化浪潮的冲击和社会转型带来的挑战,也是阶级阶层分化以及传播媒介新变化带来的必然结果。同时,根据马克思主义物质决定意识的原理,即经济条件具有决定性的因素,而作为意识形态的政治条件和思想文化条件则是社会思潮发生和发展不可或缺的重要因素,本文进而分析了当代中国社会思潮多元多样的经济条件、政治条件和思想文化条件。在这样的分析之后,揭示社会思潮对和谐社会建设的主体、客体以及社会主义核心价值体系与核心价值观都有消极影响。因此,要在坚持马克思主义理论指导地位的前提下,坚持尊重差异包容多样、合理吸收辩证扬弃、继承与创新相结合的原则,采取相应的机制,通过加强社会主义文化建设、加强舆论建设、提高引领社会思潮的能力等途径,以加强制度建设、法制建设、加强党的领导为保障条件,有的放矢的用社会主义核心价值体系引领当前多样化的社会思潮,从而统一人们的思想,为和谐社会建设扫清思想障碍。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of economic globalization around the world, Western values, lifestyles, especially the western trend of thought, are also introduced into our country through various channels, constantly affecting our country, changing people's political ideas, eroding people's ideals and beliefs, inducing the corruption of social atmosphere and moral anomie. The prelude also makes Chinese society enter the transition period. The growth of new economic, political and cultural factors promotes social organization differentiation, social relations, social structure, social behavior patterns, and social lifestyle changes, which leads to the change in the ideological field. It is accompanied by the further differentiation of social class structure. The social psychology and social consciousness of all strata are increasingly diversified and individualized, and the ideological differences are also very prominent. Therefore, at this stage, our country has entered a period of multiple social thoughts, exchanges and integration, and the collision between each other. If the diversification of social trends of thought in the society and spread, it will inevitably lead to confusion in the ideological and cultural field. Therefore, we should study the social trend of thought and its leading issues in the construction of a harmonious society.
This article, starting with the study of the meaning of the social trend of thought, analyzes the classification, occurrence and dissemination of the social trend of thought, reveals the essential features of the social trend of thought, and then points out the transmission path and mode of social thought. The social trend of thought is a special expression of ideology. Therefore, this paper systematically analyzes the social trend of thought and consciousness. The relationship between form and social construction illustrates that although the social trend of thought is part of ideology, it has a great difference in its meaning, the scope of influence and the social status and ideology. Therefore, it is concluded that the social trend of thought has an influence on ideology, and the ideology is leading to the social tide and the conclusion of integration. On this basis, this article is based on the conclusion. It further analyzes the leading function of the current mainstream ideology. The socialist core value system, as the current mainstream ideology, has the important spiritual role of maintaining and developing the socialist economic basis and consolidating the political superstructure, and can also lead and integrate the social trend of thought. Because of the social trend of thought There are great social influences, so it will inevitably have an impact on the construction of a harmonious society. Social harmony is a prerequisite for cultural harmony, because cultural harmony is an important part of a socialist harmonious society, and it has an important influence on political harmony and economic harmony. Only in this way can we achieve unity and harmony in the field of ideology, which is the premise and foundation of social harmony. Based on this theoretical analysis, this paper expounds the current situation of the mainstream ideology and social trend of thought in contemporary China.
