马克思恩格斯的利益协调思想及其当代意义

【摘要】：人是利益存在物，在社会生产中，人与人结成了相互的利益关系，从而形成了社会。利益关系是社会存在的基本条件，在特定的社会形态中，利益关系协调则能推动社会的发展进步；利益关系不协调可能会导致社会矛盾和冲突的出现，甚至造成社会急剧变革，被新的更高级的社会形态取代。马克思主义是关于人的解放的学说，认为人类社会的发展史，是一部为了更好地实现人的发展的历史，也是一部使利益关系更加协调的历史。马克思认为，资本主义社会不是利益关系协调的社会，相比较于以前的社会形态，而是利益关系异常紧张和对立的社会。这种利益紧张和对立的利益关系是私有制发展的结果，同时，，也为扬弃私有制、建立利益关系更加协调的社会奠定了基础。无产阶级和资产阶级利益关系极度紧张和严重对立的结果只能是无产阶级联合起来推翻资本主义的统治，扬弃资本主义社会，建立利益关系更加协调的社会。马克思恩格斯认为人类利益协调的最高目标是共产主义社会，共产主义社会是人与人利益关系协调的社会，在实现人与人利益关系协调的基础上，人与自然的关系也将得到彻底改善，实现人与自然的和谐相处。认真研究马克思恩格斯的利益协调思想，对于促进和谐社会建设具有重要现实意义。
[Abstract]:Man is the existence of interest. In social production, people form a mutual interest relationship, thus forming a society. Interest relationship is the basic condition of social existence. In a specific social form, the coordination of interest relations can promote the development and progress of society, and the disharmony of interest relationship may lead to the emergence of social contradictions and conflicts, and even the rapid changes of society. Replaced by a new, more advanced form of society. Marxism is a theory about human liberation, which holds that the history of the development of human society is a history of better realization of human development, and also a history of making the relationship of interests more harmonious. Marx believed that capitalist society is not a society where interests are coordinated, but a society in which interest relations are extremely tense and antagonistic. This kind of interest tense and opposite interest relation is the result of the development of private ownership, at the same time, it lays the foundation for sublation of private ownership and establishment of a more harmonious society. The extreme tension and serious opposition between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie can only result in the proletariat unite to overthrow the rule of capitalism, sublate the capitalist society and establish a more harmonious society. Marx and Engels believed that the highest goal of the coordination of human interests is the communist society, and the communist society is a society in which the interests of people are coordinated, and on the basis of the coordination of the interests of people, The relationship between man and nature will also be thoroughly improved to achieve harmony between man and nature. It is of great practical significance to study the interest coordination thought of Marx and Engels in order to promote the construction of a harmonious society.
