建国初期毛泽东政党和谐思想及当代价值

【摘要】：建国初期毛泽东的政党和谐思想是比较全面而且深刻的。建国初期毛泽东政党和谐思想是以马克思、恩格斯的政党学说及列宁的政党思想作为其理论基础，再结合建国初期中国的基本国情而不断发展起来的。建国初期，毛泽东的政党和谐思想主要集中在如何实现共产党与民主党派的和谐。建国初期，毛泽东积极支持民主党派参政议政，并指出要信任民主党派，尊重他们的独立性。介于民主党派的经济基础及价值趋向等方面同共产党存在差异，毛泽东建议对各民主党派开展批评与自我批评，进行思想改造，从而使共产党与民主党派实现团结互助。在新中国成立后，毛泽东指出共产党与民主党派要以平等的政治身份共同参与国家政权，在实现经济利益协调的基础上实现共产党与民主党派和谐共处。通过对建国初期毛泽东政党和谐思想的理论基础、现实背景及主要内容的论述，我们不难发现建国初期毛泽东的政党和谐思想是呈现出一些鲜明的特点。表现在：在坚持政党理论的发展上呈现出创新性；在政党制度的构建上体现出保障性；在政党所坚持原则的制定上凸显出前瞻性；在处理政党关系的方针的设计上彰显出科学性；在政党决策的实施上显现出务实性。建国初期毛泽东政党和谐思想丰富和发展了马克思主义政党学说，为建国初期良好的政治局面的形成提供了重要的指导思想，为实现中国社会主义政党和谐提供了理论先导；同时为当前实现社会主义民主政治，巩固国家政权以及社会主主义现代化建设创造了前提条件。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's party harmony thought in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China was comprehensive and profound. Mao Zedong's theory of party harmony was based on Marx's, Engels' theory of political party and Lenin's thought of political party in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, and it developed continuously according to the basic conditions of China in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China. At the beginning of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Mao Zedong's party harmony thought mainly focused on how to realize the harmony between the Communist Party and the democratic parties. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Mao Zedong actively supported democratic parties' participation in government affairs, and pointed out that they should be trusted and their independence respected. In view of the difference between the economic base and value trend of the democratic parties and the Communist Party, Mao Zedong suggested that the democratic parties should be criticized and self-criticized, and ideological reform should be carried out, so that the Communist Party and the democratic parties could realize solidarity and mutual assistance. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Mao Zedong pointed out that the Communist Party and the democratic parties should participate in the state power in an equal political capacity, and realize the harmonious coexistence between the Communist Party and the democratic parties on the basis of the coordination of economic interests. By discussing the theoretical basis, realistic background and main contents of Mao Zedong's party harmony thought in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China, it is not difficult to find that in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the party harmony thought of Mao Zedong showed some distinctive characteristics. It is shown as follows: innovation in the development of party theory, protection in the construction of political party system, foresight in the formulation of the principle adhered to by political party; The design of the policy of dealing with the relationship between political parties is scientific, and the implementation of political party decision is practical. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Mao Zedong enriched and developed the Marxist party theory, provided important guiding ideology for the formation of a good political situation in the initial period of the founding of the people's Republic of China, and provided a theoretical guide for realizing the harmony of the Chinese socialist political party. At the same time, it creates the precondition for realizing socialist democratic politics, consolidating state power and modernization construction of social dominism.
