【摘要】：毛泽东的法制观是毛泽东在其长期革命历程中将马克思主义法学基本原理与中国法制建设实践相结合的产物,它体现了毛泽东对法律本质与法律价值等最基本法律问题的观点与看法,对中国的法制建设具有深远影响。在毛泽东的法制观中,法律的阶级性、法律的人民性、法律的继承与创新、法律的遵守与监督最受毛泽东的重视,其中蕴含宝贵的思想财富。对此进行深入研究,总结其中的经验与教训,不仅有利于我们继承和发扬毛泽东法律思想,而且有利于推动中国特色社会主义法制体系的进步与发展。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's view on legal system is the result of the combination of the basic principles of Marxist law and the practice of China's legal construction in his long revolutionary course. It embodies Mao Zedong's views on the most basic legal issues, such as the essence and value of law, and has a profound influence on the construction of China's legal system. In Mao Zedong's view of legal system, the class nature of law, the people's character of law, the inheritance and innovation of law, and the observance and supervision of law are most valued by Mao Zedong, which contains valuable ideological wealth. It is not only helpful for us to inherit and carry forward Mao Zedong's legal thought, but also to promote the progress and development of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.
