【摘要】：社会主义民主政治是中国共产党始终坚持不渝的奋斗目标。我国实行改革开放以来，中国共产党始终坚持发展中国特色社会主义民主政治之路，并大力推进政治体制改革，不断完善和发展社会主义民主政治制度，社会主义民主政治表现出旺盛的生命力。目前，我国民主政治建设正处在关键时期，需要不断加强和深化其建设，团结全国人民为建设社会主义事业努力奋斗。胡锦涛同志在“七一”重要讲话中强调，，“在前进道路上，我们要继续大力推进社会主义民主政治建设，坚定不移走中国特色社会主义政治发展道路”。毛泽东的民主思想是我们党的宝贵精神财富，是中国社会主义革命和建设经验的深刻总结，实现了民主政治建设的理论创新和突破。在当前新形势下，重视和研究毛泽东的民主思想对我国的民主政治建设具有极大的理论和实践意义。本文通过对毛泽东民主思想的深入分析和研究的基础上，进一步论述了毛泽东民主思想对当前我国民主政治建设的重要启示。本文重要包括以下几个部分：第一部分毛泽东民主思想的形成与发展历程。这部分主要阐述了毛泽东民族思想的形成条件和发展历程，着重分析了毛泽东民主思想形成的理论源泉、历史依据和实践基础，并对毛泽东民族思想的发展历程进行详细论述。第二部分毛泽东民主思想的主要内涵与基本特征。这一部分主要阐述了毛泽东民主思想的内涵和特征，其内容主要包括：群众政治观、人民民主观和民主集中制等思想；并在此基础上从民主涵义、民主主体、民主方法、民主权利分配、民主发展五个方面分析了毛泽东的民主思想基本特征。第三部分毛泽东民主思想的价值及其当代启示。这部分主要从毛泽东民主思想的价值角度阐述毛泽东民主思想的理论价值和实践价值以及对当代社会主义发展的启示。毛泽东民主思想对明确党的民主政治建设指导思想，完善人民代表大会制度，加强民主集中制建设，促进社会主义市场经济发展，增强群众监督力度具有重大的启示意义。
[Abstract]:Socialist democratic politics is the Communist Party of China's unswerving goal of struggle. Since the implementation of reform and opening up in China, the Communist Party of China has always adhered to the road of developing socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, vigorously promoted the reform of the political system, and continuously improved and developed the socialist democratic political system. Socialist democratic politics shows exuberant vitality. At present, the construction of democratic politics in China is in a critical period. It is necessary to constantly strengthen and deepen its construction and unite the people of the whole country to strive for the cause of building socialism. In his important speech on 1 July, Comrade Hu Jintao stressed: "on the way forward, we must continue to vigorously promote the construction of socialist democratic politics and unswervingly follow the road of socialist political development with Chinese characteristics." Mao Zedong's democratic thought is the precious spiritual wealth of our Party and a profound summary of the experience of China's socialist revolution and construction, which has realized the theoretical innovation and breakthrough in the construction of democratic politics. Under the new situation, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to pay attention to and study Mao Zedong's democratic thought. On the basis of deep analysis and research on Mao Zedong's democratic thought, this paper further discusses the important enlightenment of Mao Zedong's democratic thought to the current democratic political construction of our country. This article includes the following important parts: The first part is the formation and development of Mao Zedong's democratic thought. This part mainly expounds the forming conditions and developing course of Mao Zedong's national thought, emphatically analyzes the theoretical source, historical basis and practical basis of the formation of Mao Zedong's democratic thought, and discusses in detail the developing course of Mao Zedong's national thought. The second part is the main connotation and basic characteristics of Mao Zedong's democratic thought. This part mainly expounds the connotation and characteristics of Mao Zedong's democratic thought, which mainly includes: mass political view, people's democratic view and democratic centralism, and on this basis, from the meaning of democracy, democratic subject, democratic method, etc. The basic characteristics of Mao Zedong's democratic thought are analyzed in five aspects: distribution of democratic rights and democratic development. The third part is the value of Mao Zedong's democratic thought and its contemporary enlightenment. This part mainly expounds the theoretical value and practical value of Mao Zedong's democratic thought from the perspective of Mao Zedong's democratic thought and its enlightenment to the development of contemporary socialism. Mao Zedong's democratic thought is of great significance for clarifying the guiding ideology of the Party's democratic political construction, perfecting the system of the people's Congress, strengthening the construction of democratic centralism, promoting the development of socialist market economy, and strengthening the supervision of the masses.
