【摘要】：正马克思和恩格斯的著作里涉及到19世纪欧洲主要国家有关新闻出版方面的法律,有的法律还被详尽地论述过。这些论述从整体上表达了他们对新闻出版法的基本认识:争取所有人在普通法律面前人人平等,尽可能使法律保障人民的新闻出版自由,减轻物的依赖关系对这种自由的控制。对此,恩格斯讲过一段话:"一切自由的首要条件:一切公务人员在自己的一切职务活动方面都应当在普通法庭上按照一般法律向每一个公民负责。"[1]
[Abstract]:Marx and Engels have written about the law of press and publication in major European countries in the 19th century, some of which have been discussed in detail. These expositions express their basic understanding of press and publication law as a whole: strive for all people to be equal before the ordinary law, make the law protect people's freedom of press and press as far as possible, and reduce the control of this freedom by the dependence of things. In response, Engels said, "the first condition of all liberty: all public servants shall be accountable to each citizen in the ordinary courts in accordance with the general law in all their duties..."
