科学发展观对邓小平理论的传承研究

【摘要】：科学发展观是对马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的继承和发展，是中国共产党人对马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的集成和发展，是与其既一脉相承又与时俱进科学理论。科学发展观是以胡锦涛为代表的党中央领导集体依据新的基本国情和国际时代背景提出以适应我国新的发展要求的科学理论，它的提出有一定的国内外现实基础和环境因素。邓小平理论在理论上为科学发展观构建了理论框架，科学发展观在此框架基础上不断的完善和充实，邓小平理论在实践中为科学发展观提供了物质基础和实践经验，使科学发展观能够更好、更有效的贯彻落实。通过研究邓小平理论对科学发展观的继承关系，对我们理解科学发展观理论形成的依据和实践的可行性具有指导作用，对我们领会科学发展观的精神实质和深入贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要的理论意义。本文正是基于这一背景而展开深入的研究，试图通过比较邓小平理论与科学发展观科学内涵之间的关系进行分析，总结出邓小平理论与科学发展观在理论和实践上的传承关系。全文共分为四个部分：第一部分为引言部分，具体介绍选题背景、研究目的及意义、研究现状，从分析邓小平理论与科学发展观之间的传承关系对理解科学发展观理论形成的依据和实践的可行性具有指导作用，对我们领会科学发展观的精神实质和深入贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要的理论意义。另外，介绍具体研究方法及可能的创新点。第二部分介绍科学发展观形成的背景和历史进程。首先，通过国内因素、国际因素和科学发展观与马克思主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的继承和发展三方面介绍科学发展观提出的背景。其次，通过列举国家领导人在重要会议及考察工作时发表的讲话来梳理科学发展观提出的历史进程。第三部分是对科学发展观的科学内涵的理解。从科学发展观第一要义是发展，核心是以人为本，基本要求是全面协调可持续发展和根本方法是统筹兼顾四方面对科学发展观科学内涵进行理解。第四部分对科学发展观与邓小平理论之间的传承关系进行分析，科学发展观中提出的“发展是党执政兴国的第一要务”是对邓小平理论中“发展才是硬道理”的继承和发展；科学发展观中“以人为本”的核心思想源于邓小平理论中“三个有利于”思想；科学发展观中“全面协调可持续”的战略思想秉承了邓小平理论中“两手抓，两手都要硬”的思想。从以上方面论述科学发展观与邓小平理论之间在理论和实践上的传承关系。
[Abstract]:The scientific outlook on development is the inheritance and development of the important thoughts of Marxism , Mao Zedong Thought , Deng Xiaoping Theory and " Three Represents " . It is a scientific theory of the Chinese Communist Party to adapt to the new development requirements of our country . The scientific development view is based on the new basic national conditions and the international times background .

Based on this background , this article tries to analyze the relationship between Deng Xiaoping ' s theory and the scientific concept of development by comparing the relationship between Deng Xiaoping ' s theory and the scientific concept of development . The paper sums up the inheritance relation between Deng Xiaoping ' s theory and the scientific development view in theory and practice .

The first part is divided into the introduction part , the background , the research aim and the significance , the research situation , from the analysis of the relation between Deng Xiaoping ' s theory and the scientific development view , the basis and the feasibility of the practice of understanding the theory of the scientific development view , has the guiding function , has important theoretical significance for us to grasp the spirit essence of the scientific development view and to carry out the scientific development view . In addition , the concrete research method and possible innovation point are introduced .

The second part introduces the background and historical process of the formation of the scientific development view . First , through the domestic factors , the international factor and the scientific development view , the background of the scientific development view is introduced through the inheritance and development of the important thought of Marxism , Mao Zedong Thought , Deng Xiaoping Theory and " Three Represents " .

The third part is the understanding of the scientific connotation of the scientific development view . From the first important meaning of the scientific development view is the development , the core is people - oriented , and the basic requirement is to coordinate the sustainable development and the fundamental method in a comprehensive way .

The fourth part analyzes the inheritance relation between the scientific development view and Deng Xiaoping ' s theory , and puts forward that the " development is the first priority of the Party in power " is the inheritance and development of " development is the hard truth " in the theory of Deng Xiaoping ;
The core idea of " people - oriented " in the scientific development view originated from the thought of " three benefits " in Deng Xiaoping ' s theory ;
The strategic thinking of " comprehensive coordination and sustainable development " in the scientific development view inherits the thought of " two hands and two hands are hard " in Deng Xiaoping ' s theory . From the above aspects , the paper discusses the inheritance relationship between scientific development view and Deng Xiaoping ' s theory in theory and practice .
