“大跃进”运动中的中国共产党群众路线研究

【摘要】：群众路线是中国共产党的根本政治路线，也是根本组织路线。群众路线的基本点就是一切为了群众，一切依靠群众，从群众中来，到群众中去，这是中共一贯提倡的在一切工作中行之有效的工作方法。中国共产党领导人民群众，依靠发动群众取得了民主革命的胜利。在社会主义革命和建设时期仍然强调贯彻执行群众路线，发动和依靠群众，从群众中找动力，运用群众运动的方式，而且有些讲法颇为深刻，，可就在这一时期，中国共产党的群众路线运用与认识发生了明显的矛盾值得研究。本文第一部分写中国共产党群众路线的形成过程。论述了在“大跃进”之前中国共产党对群众路线的运用和认识，从而概括出群众路线的基本内容。第二部分划分为四个历史阶段，分析和论述了“大跃进”时期中国共产党对群众路线的运用和认识“。第三部分写大跃进”及其经验教训。总结了其中经验教训，辨析和论述了与群众路线密切相关的几个问题同群众路线的相互关系，即群众路线与客观规律的关系、群众路线与群众运动的关系、群众路线与阶级路线的关系、群众路线与组织路线的关系、群众路线与政治路线的关系、群众路线与党的领导的关系等。这不仅全面把握“大跃进”时期中国共产党的群众路线，而且对于当前和今后的社会主义建设，怎样走一条有中国特色的社会主义建设道路，无疑具有较高的价值。
[Abstract]:The mass line is the fundamental political line and the fundamental organizational line of the CPC. The basic point of the mass line is to do everything for and rely on the masses, from and among the masses, which the CPC has always advocated as an effective working method in all its work. The Communist Party of China led the masses, relying on the masses to win the democratic revolution. During the period of socialist revolution and construction, emphasis was still placed on carrying out the mass line, starting and relying on the masses, finding motive power among the masses and using the means of mass movements. Moreover, some of them were rather profound, and it was during this period that they were able to rely on them. The use and understanding of the mass line of the Communist Party of China are obviously contradictory to be studied. The first part of this paper describes the forming process of the mass line of the Communist Party of China. This paper discusses the application and understanding of the mass line before the Great Leap forward, and generalizes the basic content of the mass line. The second part is divided into four historical stages, analyzes and discusses the use and understanding of the mass line during the Great Leap forward period. The third part is about the Great Leap forward and its experience and lessons. This paper sums up the experience and lessons, discriminates and discusses the relationship between the mass line and the mass line, that is, the relationship between the mass line and the objective law, the relationship between the mass line and the mass movement, the relationship between the mass line and the mass line, and the relationship between the mass line and the mass line. The relationship between the mass line and the class line, the mass line and the organizational line, the mass line and the political line, the relationship between the mass line and the leadership of the Party, etc. This not only comprehensively grasps the mass line of the Communist Party of China during the "Great Leap forward" period, but also has high value for the current and future socialist construction, how to take a socialist construction road with Chinese characteristics.
