试论以人为本对党的群众路线的当代重释

【摘要】：作为中国共产党改革开放后新近提出的一个执政理念,以人为本对党的群众路线进行了科学重释。主要表现在:其一,鉴于完全意义上的人民主体业已形成,以及在市场经济条件下社会利益结构与群体结构重大调整的现实,以人为本将传统的党的群众路线中的群众主体转化为人民主体;其二,鉴于和平与发展这一时代特征,以及人的需求的多样性,以人为本将为了人民的手段指认为科学发展;其三,鉴于当前贫富差距拉大以及生态环境恶化的状况,以人为本将党的群众路线之隐而未显的伦理学维度彰显出来,强调在共时和历时双重维度上的人民共享。在当今时代,要深入践行党的群众路线,就必须坚持以人为本。
[Abstract]:As a new ruling concept put forward by the Communist Party of China after the reform and opening up, the people-oriented party's mass line has been scientifically reinterpreted. First, in view of the fact that the main body of the people has been formed in a complete sense and that the structure of social interests and the structure of groups have been greatly adjusted under the conditions of a market economy, Secondly, in view of the characteristics of the times of peace and development and the diversity of human needs, the people-oriented will be designated as scientific development for the people's means. Thirdly, in view of the widening gap between the rich and the poor and the deterioration of the ecological environment at present, people-oriented will highlight the hidden and unobvious ethical dimension of the Party's mass line, and emphasize the people's sharing in both the synchronic and diachronic dimensions. In today's era, to practice the party's mass line, we must adhere to the people-oriented.
