苏共的教训对中国共产党的执政的哲学启示

【摘要】："中国经验"引起世人关注。我国改革开放以来,社会实践发生了广泛而深刻的变化。在我国改革开放和社会主义现代化中,既积累了丰富的实践经验,也有值得我们汲取的深刻教训。当今,确实已到该总结我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设之经验教训的时候了。总结经验教训,是为了实现更好地发展与进步。毛泽东曾说,我们中国共产党人是靠总结经验吃饭的。可以从不同学科且运用各种理论框架来总结经验教训,但哲学上的总结最根本、最深刻、最有效。因为哲学发源于问题,注重揭示本质和规律,它力求运用哲学方法论从根本上清理总结中国经验。需要我们从哲学上总结的,既有中国古代治国理政的智慧,又有中国社会主义建设的经验教训,也有中国共产党执政的经验,还有马克思主义发展的经验教训,当然还有苏共的教训及其对中国共产党执政的启示。本刊邀请一些专家学者,着重从哲学上来清理总结一些方面的经验教训,以求教于读者。
[Abstract]:The Chinese experience has attracted the world's attention. Since China's reform and opening up, social practice has undergone extensive and profound changes. In China's reform and opening up and socialist modernization, we have not only accumulated rich practical experience, but also worthy of our profound lessons. Today, it is time to sum up the experiences and lessons of China's reform, opening up and socialist modernization drive. Summing up experience and lessons is to achieve better development and progress. Mao Zedong once said that we Chinese Communists eat by summing up experience. Experience and lessons can be summed up from different disciplines and using various theoretical frameworks, but the philosophical summary is the most fundamental, profound and effective. Because philosophy originates from problems and pays attention to revealing essence and law, it tries to use philosophical methodology to fundamentally clean up and sum up Chinese experience. What we need to sum up philosophically is the wisdom of administering the country in ancient China, the experience and lessons of China's socialist construction, the experience of the Communist Party of China in power, and the experience and lessons of the development of Marxism. There is, of course, the lessons of the Soviet Communist Party and its inspiration to the ruling Communist Party of China. Experts and scholars are invited to focus on the philosophical aspects of experience and lessons to learn from the reader.
