马克思正义观及其当代价值研究

【摘要】：在正义发生流变的历程中,马克思是不能抹去的一笔。马克思从唯物史观的角度揭示了正义的内涵,并试图通过对政治正义、经济正义、社会正义和生态正义的追求,实现人的自由而全面发展,最终实现全社会自由而全面发展的人的正义。马克思的正义理论是时代发展的产物,与改变世界的实践斗争紧密相连,考究并探讨马克思正义观及其当代价值是时代所需,更是中国特色社会主义建设的内在要求。整篇文章内容共分三部分:第一部分梳理了马克思正义观产生的理论来源和时代背景。马克思正义观是在资产阶级革命的时代背景下,在继承并超越了古典正义观和自由主义正义观的基础上发展形成的。第二部分主要从经济、政治、生态、社会四个范畴出发深入分析正义在此四个领域中的体现,指出正义作为一种价值判断标准是与社会实践密不可分的。第三部分内容主要结合当前中国的社会现实,深入挖掘马克思正义观对当今时代的理论价值和实践价值。在理论价值方面,马克思正义观不仅丰富了正义的内涵,而且为中国特色社会主义正义观的发展奠定了理论基础;在实践价值方面,马克思正义观是当前中国追求社会正义的必然选择,对我国经济正义、政治正义、社会正义与生态正义的实现具有指导性意义。基于以上看法,本文以关乎人类生存与发展的正义问题为现实背景,以深入研究马克思的正义思想为基本主线,以马克思正义思想的形成过程为文章的整体脉络,从而构成了文章的基本框架和主要内容。
[Abstract]:In the course of the evolution of justice, Marx can not erase a stroke. Marx revealed the connotation of justice from the angle of historical materialism, and tried to realize the free and all-round development of human beings through the pursuit of political justice, economic justice, social justice and ecological justice. Finally, the realization of the whole society free and all-round development of human justice. Marx's theory of justice is the product of the development of the times and is closely connected with the practical struggle to change the world. It is necessary for the times to study and discuss Marx's view of justice and its contemporary value, and is also the inherent requirement of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The whole article is divided into three parts: the first part combs the theoretical origin and background of Marx's view of justice. Marx's view of justice was developed under the background of bourgeois revolution and on the basis of inheriting and surpassing the view of classical justice and liberalism. The second part mainly analyzes the embodiment of justice in these four fields from the four categories of economy, politics, ecology and society, and points out that justice as a criterion of value judgment is inseparable from social practice. The third part mainly combines the current social reality of China and deeply excavates the theoretical and practical value of Marx's view of justice. In terms of theoretical value, Marx's view of justice not only enriches the connotation of justice, but also lays a theoretical foundation for the development of the concept of justice in socialism with Chinese characteristics. Marx's view of justice is the inevitable choice of pursuing social justice in China at present, which is of guiding significance to the realization of economic justice, political justice, social justice and ecological justice in China. Based on the above views, this paper takes the justice problem related to the survival and development of mankind as the realistic background, takes the in-depth study of Marx's justice thought as the basic thread, and takes the forming process of Marx's justice thought as the overall context of the article. Thus constitute the basic framework and main content of the article.
