【摘要】：改革的性质和方向是关系我国改革和社会主义现代化建设全局和前途的根本性问题。关于这一问题,邓小平阐述得很清楚、明确。这比较集中地体现在他的以下五个论断中:"改革是中国的第二次革命";"改革是社会主义制度的自我完善";"在改革中坚持社会主义方向,这是一个很重要的问题","没有社会主义这个前提,改革开放就会走向资本主义";"在改革中,我们始终坚持两条根本原则,一是以社会主义公有制经济为主体,一是共同富裕";"我们搞改革开放,要有两手:一手搞改革开放,一手搞‘四个坚持'、反对错误思想倾向"。重温这些论断,有助于全面准确地理解邓小平理论的基本内容和精神实质,特别是有助于澄清一些曲解和误解;有助于透彻理解十八大以来以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出的坚持中国特色社会主义道路、推进全面深化改革的一系列新论断;有助于我们进一步认清在全面深化改革问题上一些噪音杂音的错误实质,保持头脑清醒和战略定力,坚定不移地推动全面深化改革沿着正确方向稳步前进。
