论马克思社会治理思想的主要特征

【摘要】：马克思社会治理思想是以国家、市民社会和人民为治理主体,在遵循人民主权、社会公仆、议行合一、廉价政府等原则基础上,通过社会政策的制定、社会治理的监督、利益关系的协调、公共服务的提供,来满足人民的教育、劳动就业、社会保障等方面需要,从而维护社会的公平正义,实现社会的自我管理和人的自由而全面发展。这一思想是符合社会历史发展规律的关于社会治理的科学思想。它以唯物史观为哲学基础,代表广大人民的根本利益,具有实践性、科学性、人本性、批判性等主要特征,是中国特色社会主义社会治理体系的源头和根本。
[Abstract]:Marx's idea of social governance is based on the principles of the state, civil society and the people, on the basis of following the principles of people's sovereignty, social public servants, integration of discussion and conduct, cheap government, etc., through the formulation of social policies and supervision of social governance. The coordination of interests and the provision of public services meet the needs of the people in the fields of education, labor and employment, and social security, so as to safeguard social fairness and justice, realize social self-management and the free and all-round development of human beings. This thought is in line with the law of social and historical development on the scientific thought of social governance. On the basis of historical materialism, it represents the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people and has the main characteristics of practicality, science, human nature and criticism. It is the source and root of the governance system of socialist society with Chinese characteristics.
