【摘要】：当前,中国社会处在一个重要的转型期,整个社会的利益格局在调整,诸多利益群体在涌现,经济生活变得活跃起来,生活中的选择也日趋多样化,种种原因使人民内部矛盾有了新的变化与发展,干群关系也随之呈现出新的状况。营造和谐的干群关系,是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础和前提。当前的干群关系虽然从主流上来看是好的,但也面临许多新问题,存在许多不和谐的因素。因此,如何构建和谐的干群关系是我们必须重点考虑的问题。本文主要从以下五个方面分析研究社会转型期我国的干群关系问题。第一章,绪论。立足本文研究的目的和意义,综合分析当前国内外研究现状,明确研究思路,并对研究方法进行系统的阐述。第二章,马克思主义干群关系的理论梳理。分析梳理马克思、恩格斯、列宁,以及中国共产党关于密切干群关系理论的基本观点,并对干群关系的概念及其实质等做出辨析与概括。第三章,社会转型期我国干群关系的现状描述。概括当前我国干群关系的主流和基本面,并详细分析了社会转型期我国干群关系存在的问题。第四章,社会转型期我国干群关系存在问题的原因分析。分析当前造成干群关系紧张的深层根源,以期对构建和谐干群关系提出有益的对策思考。第五章,社会转型期我国和谐干群关系构建的对策思考。分析新形势新任务的要求,依据社会转型期干群关系存在的问题及其原因,提出有针对性的对策思考。全文共约30000字。
[Abstract]:At present, the Chinese society is in an important transition period. The interests of the whole society are being adjusted, many interest groups are emerging, economic life has become active, and the choices in life are becoming increasingly diversified. The contradictions among the people have changed and developed for various reasons, and the relationship between cadres and masses has also taken on a new state. Building a harmonious relationship between cadres and the masses is the foundation and premise of building a harmonious socialist society. Although the current relationship between cadres and the masses is good from the mainstream, it also faces many new problems and many disharmonious factors. Therefore, how to build a harmonious relationship between cadres and masses is an important issue we must consider. This paper mainly analyzes and studies the relationship between cadres and masses in the social transition period from the following five aspects. Chapter one, introduction. Based on the purpose and significance of this study, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, clarifies the research ideas, and systematically expounds the research methods. The second chapter, the theory of Marxist relationship between cadres and masses. This paper analyzes the basic viewpoints of Marx, Engels, Lenin and the Communist Party of China on the close relationship between cadres and masses, and differentiates and generalizes the concept and essence of the relationship between cadres and masses. The third chapter describes the current situation of the relationship between cadres and the masses in the period of social transformation. This paper summarizes the mainstream and basic aspects of the relationship between cadres and masses in our country at present, and analyzes in detail the problems existing in the relationship between cadres and masses in the period of social transformation. Chapter four analyzes the causes of the problems in the relationship between the cadres and the masses in the social transition period. This paper analyzes the deep causes of the tension between cadres and the masses in order to put forward some useful countermeasures for the construction of harmonious relations between cadres and masses. The fifth chapter, the social transformation period our country harmonious cadres and masses relations construction countermeasure ponder. This paper analyzes the requirements of the new situation and new tasks, and puts forward some countermeasures according to the problems existing in the relationship between the cadres and the masses in the period of social transformation and their causes.
