科学发展观中“以人为本”的生产伦理价值

【摘要】：在整个人类劳动的过程中，生产活动一直占据着主导性的地位，对人类社会生活的各个方面都具有重大的影响。在社会主义市场经济迅速发展的今天，我们需要一种正确的价值观来引导生产过程中的经济行为，而科学发展观中“以人为本”理念的提出，是对生产活动中的伦理价值目标最好的诠释。在生产领域中坚持“以人为本”的理念就是要以人的全面发展这一终极性价值判断为导向，重视劳动者的生命安全、合理的劳动报酬、合理的节假日休息时间以及劳动福利和保险，切实的保障劳动者的利益；从劳动者个人的发展而言，要对人的本质做出确定，确定人的本质就是劳动，在此基础上来提高劳动者自身的职业道德修养，为劳动者的全面发展创造有利的条件，确保劳动者的人格完善；在生产的过程中同时也要重视与自然生态环境的和谐相处，实施清洁生产减少污染、节约能源以及降低消耗，，树立代际正义责任意识，协调好当代人和未来世代人之间的资源环境问题，使当代人和未来的世代人共享地球资源。坚持“以人为本”的理念，把人的价值贯穿在生产活动中的各个环节，关心每个劳动者的利益要求，满足每个劳动者的发展愿望和多样性需求，尊重和保障劳动者的人权，体现社会主义的人道主义和人文关怀，最终实现人的全面发展。
[Abstract]:In the whole process of human labor, production activities have always occupied the leading position, and have a significant impact on all aspects of human social life. Today, with the rapid development of socialist market economy, we need a correct value to guide the economic behavior in the process of production, and the concept of "people-oriented" is put forward in the scientific development view. Is the best interpretation of ethical value goals in production activities. To adhere to the idea of "people-oriented" in the field of production is to be guided by the ultimate value judgment of the all-round development of human beings, to attach importance to the safety of workers' lives and reasonable remuneration for their labor. Reasonable holiday break time, labor welfare and insurance, to effectively protect the interests of workers; from the individual development of workers, to determine the nature of human beings, to determine that the nature of human beings is labor, On this basis, we should improve the professional ethics of the workers themselves, create favorable conditions for the all-round development of the workers, ensure the personality of the workers, and pay attention to the harmony with the natural ecological environment in the process of production. The implementation of cleaner production to reduce pollution, energy conservation and consumption, establish a sense of intergenerational justice responsibility, coordinate the resources and environment between current and future generations of people, so that present and future generations of people share the earth's resources.
