论“消灭分工”与实现人自由全面发展的理论契合

【摘要】：马克思、恩格斯论述的"消灭分工",不是消灭世间的一切分工,而是消灭旧式分工、实现新式分工,消灭自发分工、实现自觉分工,消灭劳动者分工、发展劳动分工的社会演进过程。分工的消灭既依赖于生产力的高度发展,又表征为异化劳动的消除和私有制的消灭。"消灭分工"为实现人的自由全面发展创造条件,实现人的自由全面发展则是"消灭分工"的理论目的和归宿。
