党的群众路线教育理论与实践研究

【摘要】：进入新时代以来,党中央领导集体深刻总结治国理政的经验,坚持以马克思主义群众史观为基础,不断创新对群众工作的方式方法,在人民群众中得到了广泛的认可和好评。面对群众工作的新情况、新问题,为了党和人民事业蓬勃发展,以习近平同志为核心的党中央,在理论上强调要把群众路线作为我们党的生命线和根本工作路线,保持与人民群众的血肉联系,始终关切人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的突出问题,加强与群众的联系,重视人民群众的意见反馈,时刻做到利民、为民、重民。实践上围绕保持党的先进性和纯洁性,在全党深入开展党的群众路线教育实践活动,加强党内教育及作风建设。提高党的服务能力,不断加强党员干部队伍建设,总结为民服务实践中的经验。本文从马克思主义的世界观和方法论出发,以唯物史观角度研究当前党的群众路线教育的理论基础,探索新时期党的群众路线教育活动的重要意义,并对一系列教育活动所展现出的现实价值进行评析。主要由以下三个部分组成:第一部分通过整理历史文献资料,考察群众路线的历史发展,以历史唯物主义和认识论为理论基础,详细梳理群众路线发展过程,从纵向的历史层面对党的群众路线的产生和发展的演变进行详细地论述。第二部分论述了在当前的时代境遇,党的群众路线教育活动的创新,并对系列活动已取得的成效、经验进行总结。进入新时代以来,以党的群众路线教育实践活动为起点,紧紧围绕保持党的先进性和纯洁性,加强党内教育及作风建设,旨在改善党群、干群关系,加强党性修养,实现全面从严治党。通过党内教育,在实践中保障人民群众始终居于主体地位。第三部分主要分析了群众路线教育活动与实践的现实价值。群众路线教育深化了我们对群众史观的理解,同时,也为坚持人民群众利益至上的价值取向提供了重要的理论指导。坚持群众路线是实现全面从严治党的新要求,更是承载起党在新时代历史使命的题中应有之意。
[Abstract]:Since entering the new era, the collective leadership of the Party Central Committee has profoundly summed up the experience of governing the country and managing government, insisted on taking the Marxist view of mass history as the basis, and constantly innovated the ways and methods of mass work, which has been widely recognized and praised by the masses of the people. In the face of the new situation and new problems of mass work, and in order for the cause of the party and the people to flourish, the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has theoretically emphasized that the mass line should be regarded as the lifeline and fundamental working line of our party. We should maintain blood and flesh ties with the masses of the people, always pay attention to the prominent problems that the masses are most concerned about, most direct and realistic, strengthen ties with the masses, attach importance to the feedback of the people's opinions, and always be beneficial to the people, serve the people, and respect the people. In practice, we should focus on maintaining the advanced nature and purity of the party, carry out the mass line education and practice activities in the whole party, and strengthen the inner-party education and the construction of the style of work. To improve the Party's service ability, to strengthen the construction of Party members and cadres, and to sum up the experience in serving the people. Starting from the Marxist world outlook and methodology, this paper studies the theoretical basis of the mass line education of the Party from the perspective of historical materialism, and explores the important significance of the mass line education activities of the Party in the new period. And carries on the appraisal to a series of educational activities to display the realistic value. It is mainly composed of the following three parts: in the first part, the historical development of the mass line is investigated by sorting out the historical documents and materials, and taking historical materialism and epistemology as the theoretical basis, the development process of the mass line is sorted out in detail. The generation and development of the Party's mass line are discussed in detail from the vertical historical level. The second part discusses the innovation of the mass line education activities in the current times, and summarizes the achievements and experiences of the series of activities. Since entering the new era, with the Party's mass line education and practice activities as the starting point, closely focusing on maintaining the Party's advanced nature and purity, strengthening inner-party education and work style construction, the aim is to improve the relations between the party and the masses, cadres and the masses, and strengthen the cultivation of the party spirit. We will implement a comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. Through inner-party education, ensure that the people always occupy the main position in practice. The third part mainly analyzes the practical value of mass line education activities and practice. Mass line education not only deepens our understanding of the historical view of the masses, but also provides important theoretical guidance for upholding the value orientation of the people's interests first. Adhering to the mass line is the new requirement to realize the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, and it also carries the proper meaning of the Party's historical mission in the new era.
