毛泽东人才思想研究

【摘要】：21世纪是知识和信息的时代,国际竞争的实质是人才的竞争。谁拥有人才,谁就能在激烈的国际竞争处于优势地位。作为第一代领导集体核心的毛泽东,在对中国革命道路的探索中,在对中国国情认识的不断深化中,形成了一系列关于人才问题的看法和观点。毛泽东的人才观极大地丰富了马克思主义人才思想的宝库,对于我们进行人才建设,培养21世纪所需的各种人才具有十分重要的意义。 毛泽东的人才思想是毛泽东对人才问题的基本看法和总体观点,是马克思主义的人才理论与中国革命与建设的具体实践创造性结合的产物。毛泽东的人才思想,涉及人才的培养、选拔和使用的原则与方法等多方面内容,强调在实践中培养人才,有着丰富的内涵。 毛泽东的人才思想具有重要的理论和实践价值。20世纪末,根据国际国内形势的变化,党中央适时提出了“人才强国”战略,毛泽东的人才选拔观、人才标准观和人才培养观是实现此战略的理论指导之一。我们必须充分重视人才在改革开放和社会主义现代化建设中的地位和作用,形成“尊重知识,尊重人才”的良好社会氛围,为“人才强国”战略的实施提供有效的保障。同时,以培养合格人才为己任,研究这些思想,对于促进我国教育培养更多高质量专门人才也具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of knowledge and information, and the essence of international competition is the competition of talents. Who has talent, who can be in the fierce international competition in an advantageous position. Mao Zedong, as the core of the first generation of collective leadership, has formed a series of views and viewpoints on the problem of talents in the exploration of the road of Chinese revolution and the deepening understanding of China's national conditions. Mao Zedong's talent view has greatly enriched the treasure house of Marxist talent thought, which is of great significance for us to carry out the construction of talents and to train all kinds of talents needed in the 21st century. Mao Zedong's talent thought is the basic view and the overall view of the talent problem of Mao Zedong, and the product of the creative combination of Marxist talent theory and the concrete practice of Chinese revolution and construction. Mao Zedong's thought on talents involves the cultivation, selection and application of talents, and emphasizes the rich connotation of cultivating talents in practice. Mao Zedong's thought of talents has important theoretical and practical value. At the end of the 20th century, according to the changes in the international and domestic situation, the Party Central Committee put forward the strategy of "strengthening the country by talents" in due course, and the concept of talent selection of Mao Zedong. The concept of talent standard and talent cultivation is one of the theoretical guidance to realize this strategy. We must pay full attention to the position and role of talents in the reform, opening up and socialist modernization construction, form a good social atmosphere of "respecting knowledge and respecting talents", and provide an effective guarantee for the implementation of the strategy of "strengthening the country by talents". At the same time, it is of great significance to study these ideas in order to promote our country's education and cultivate more high quality specialized talents.
