毛泽东社会主义经济和谐理念探析

【摘要】：作为第一代领导集体的核心，毛泽东博大精深的经济思想中蕴含着深邃的经济和谐理念，为我们构建社会主义和谐社会，为社会主义现代化建设事业的顺利发展，提供了非常宝贵的理论资源。毛泽东社会主义经济和谐理念产生有其历史必然性，它是社会主义经济建设实践中解决我国产业结构和工业布局不平衡性、所有制和分配方式单一性、计划经济和产品经济体制呆板性的需要。20世纪中叶，毛泽东提出将马克思主义经济理论同中国的实际相结合，他的关于社会主义探索时期的经济和谐发展理论，，为今天实现马克思主义与中国实际相结合的不断飞跃做了奠基性的工作，不仅推动了马克思经济理论基础，而且为我国构建社会主义和谐社会提供了经济理论依据。毛泽东关于实现经济和谐发展的理念是毛泽东社会主义经济理论的重要组成部分，包括了以农轻重为序、工农业同时并举的“中国工业化发展战略”，经济运行机制的和谐，区域经济均衡发展，城乡均衡发展等思想。它的许多思想观点及其实践是社会主义初级阶段经济理论形成的重要历史渊源。社会主义初级阶段经济理论是毛泽东社会主义建设时期经济思想的有益成果在新的历史条件下的继承和发展。党的“十六大”、“十七大”进一步丰富和发展了社会主义初级阶段经济理论，提出了科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会等新思想，与毛泽东的经济和谐理念相辅相成。毛泽东经济和谐理念为中国特色社会主义经济理论的探索提供了一笔巨大的可资借鉴的财富。全面地、系统地分析和研究毛泽东社会主义探索时期的经济和谐理念，对于我国正在进行的中国特色社会主义经济建设具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
[Abstract]:As the core of the first generation of collective leadership, Mao Zedong's broad and profound economic thoughts contain profound ideas of economic harmony, for us to build a harmonious socialist society and for the smooth development of the cause of socialist modernization. It provides valuable theoretical resources. Mao Zedong's concept of socialist economic harmony has its historical inevitability. It is a solution to the imbalance between industrial structure and industrial distribution in the practice of socialist economic construction, and the singularity of ownership and distribution. In the middle of the 20th century, Mao Zedong proposed to combine Marxist economic theory with China's reality, and his theory of harmonious economic development during the period of socialist exploration. It lays a foundation for realizing the combination of Marxism and Chinese reality today, which not only promotes the foundation of Marx's economic theory, but also provides the economic theoretical basis for the construction of socialist harmonious society in our country. Mao Zedong's idea of achieving harmonious economic development is an important part of Mao Zedong's socialist economic theory, including the "China's industrialization Development Strategy", which is in the order of agriculture, industry and agriculture, and the harmony of economic operation mechanism. Balanced development of regional economy, balanced development of urban and rural areas and other ideas. Many of its ideas and practices are the important historical origin of the formation of economic theory in the primary stage of socialism. The economic theory in the primary stage of socialism is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's economic thought in the period of socialist construction under the new historical conditions. The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further enriched and developed the economic theory in the primary stage of socialism, put forward the new ideas of scientific development view and building a harmonious socialist society, and complemented Mao Zedong's economic harmony idea. Mao Zedong's concept of economic harmony provides a great wealth for reference to the exploration of socialist economic theory with Chinese characteristics. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to comprehensively and systematically analyze and study the concept of economic harmony in the exploration period of Mao Zedong's socialism, which is of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics.
