【摘要】：正毛泽东一生重视到群众中、到社会基层去调查研究。1941年,是在毛泽东倡导下全党推行调查研究方法极不寻常的一年。这年3月17日,毛泽东为《农村调查》一书写了第二篇序言。这本书是毛泽东从1927年北伐战争至1934年离开中央苏区这一时期所作农村调查的集子。毛泽东很重视这本心血之作。第二篇序言的重要之处是提出了"眼睛向下"的调查研究方法。他提出:"要了解情况,唯一的方法是向社会
