邓小平社会管理思想研究

【摘要】：人类的一切活动都离不开社会管理。对于执政党而言，社会管理水平的高低，直接关系到党的执政能力的强弱。作为中国改革开放和现代化建设“总设计师”的邓小平，高度重视社会管理，他在继承马克思主义社会管理思想的同时，总结中国传统社会管理的利弊，积极应对改革开放与国际形势迅速发展的现实，结合中国的具体国情，，形成了邓小平社会管理思想。邓小平社会管理思想作为邓小平理论不可或缺的组成部分，有着极其丰富的内容。邓小平在坚持马克思主义基本原理的同时，注重把马克思主义理论与中国实际相结合，在总结历史经验教训的基础上，提出了具有中国特色的社会管理思想，阐释了“为什么要进行社会管理”，“如何进行社会管理”，“社会管理的价值追求是什么”等关于社会管理的一系列问题。邓小平社会管理思想的主要内容包括：优化社会管理环境，创造安定团结的政治局面，是社会管理的前提；改革社会管理体制，达到社会管理主体多元化，是社会管理的核心；创新社会管理方式，实现管理方法多举并用，是社会管理的方法；凸显社会管理成效，维护社会公平正义，是社会管理的价值追求。邓小平社会管理思想丰富和发展了马克思主义社会管理思想，是马克思主义社会管理思想中国化的重要成果，为我国改革开放和现代化建设指明了方向。贯彻邓小平社会管理思想，有利于贯彻落实科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会，有利于加强与改善党的领导，提高党的执政能力。邓小平社会管理对当前加强和创新社会管理具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:All human activities are inseparable from social management. For the ruling party, the level of social management is directly related to the ruling ability of the party. Deng Xiaoping, as the "chief designer" of China's reform and opening up and modernization drive, attaches great importance to social management. While he inherits Marxist social management thoughts, he sums up the pros and cons of Chinese traditional social management. In response to the rapid development of reform and opening up and the international situation, Deng Xiaoping's social management thought was formed in combination with China's specific national conditions. Deng Xiaoping's social management thought, as an indispensable part of Deng Xiaoping's theory, has extremely rich contents. While adhering to the basic principles of Marxism, Deng Xiaoping paid attention to combining Marxist theory with China's reality. On the basis of summing up historical experiences and lessons, Deng Xiaoping put forward social management thoughts with Chinese characteristics. This paper explains a series of questions about social management, such as "why social management", "how to manage society" and "what is the value pursuit of social management". The main contents of Deng Xiaoping's social management thought include: optimizing the social management environment, creating the political situation of stability and unity, is the premise of social management, reforming the social management system to achieve the diversity of the social management subject, is the core of the social management; It is the social management method to innovate the social management way and to realize the management method, and to highlight the social management effect and to maintain the social fairness and justice is the value pursuit of the social management. Deng Xiaoping's social management thought enriches and develops Marxist social management thought, which is an important result of the Sinicization of Marxist social management thought, and points out the direction of our country's reform and opening up and modernization construction. Carrying out Deng Xiaoping's thought of social management is conducive to carrying out the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society, strengthening and improving the Party's leadership and improving the Party's ruling ability. Deng Xiaoping's social management is of great significance to strengthening and innovating social management.
