列宁文化观及其当代价值

【摘要】：文化是社会生活整体的重要组成部分，它同政治、经济联系紧密。随着我国改革开放的不断深入，文化建设和发展的问题日趋重要。纵观世界文化的发展趋势，文化在综合国力竞争中越来越凸显其重要的地位和作用，要想在国际文化影响中占据优势，加强文化建设，增强国家文化软实力势在必行。列宁是马克思主义伟大事业的继承者，是世界上第一个社会主义国家的领导者，他从一开始就预见到文化建设在社会主义建设中的重要性。在指导苏维埃俄国社会主义建设中，列宁社会建设思想得到了进一步的发展和完善。改革开放以来，我们党一直对文化建设工作十分重视，尤其十七届六中全会上明确提出了文化发展的具体方略。学界对列宁的文化观问题研究如雨后春笋般大量涌现，其中的一些研究结合中国的实际情况阐述了列宁文化观对中国的现实意义，大大发展了有中国特色的社会主义文化理论。本文深入挖掘和整理列宁文化观，不仅可以全面而准确地把握和理解列宁社会主义理论，更对我国社会主义文化建设进行理论指导。 本文除引言部分正文主要从以下四方面论述列宁文化观及其当代价值。 第一部分主要对列宁文化观产生的历史背景和理论基础进行分析，回答列宁文化观何以存在及得以存在的历史背景的前提性问题。首先，分析了列宁文化观产生的历史背景。沙皇专制统治下的俄国，政治、经济、文化教育等制度腐朽落后，人民生活愈加困难，命运多舛。其次，十月革命一声炮响，俄国进入社会主义时代，列宁开始建立世界上第一个社会主义国家，必然面临种种困难。在国际国内的各种复杂形势下，，列宁对于国家的建设有了更加深入的思考。最后从科技革命影响来看，科学技术的进步带来了人们思想领域的变化，列宁的文化观也与时俱进，并开拓了新的领域。 第二部分主要阐述了列宁文化观的发展轨迹。根据列宁的思想著作和国内外学者对列宁文化思想研究成果的分析，对列宁文化观从早期和晚期两个时间分段进行思想划分，分别梳理了列宁在早期和晚期文化思想的著作和文章，并对列宁的文化思想做基本简要的概括，使我们能够对列宁文化观有一个清晰地脉络认识。列宁早期文化思想处于理论创设阶段，基于俄国当时的社会状况，列宁开始关注文化建设，其文化观萌芽。十月革命后，列宁不断进行探索和实践，并最终形成了其晚期较为成熟和完善的文化观。 第三部分主要分析了列宁文化观的主要内容和基本特征。对列宁的主要文化建设思想和实践递进的发展关系进行了叙述。着重探讨了列宁关于“两种文化”理论、批判地继承文化遗产、发展教育事业、加强执政党自身建设和执政能力、“文化革命”思想等内容。此外，逐一细致地分析了列宁文化观的基本特征：求实性与指导性，战略性与预见性，继承性与创新性，世界性与民族性，系统性与科学性。 第四部分论述了列宁文化观的历史地位和当代价值。列宁的文化思想理论大大丰富了马克思主义文化观，在革命理论和实践上保证了俄国十月革命的胜利，巩固了苏维埃政权。同时，在充分肯定列宁文化观的基础上，总结了其思想在当时客观条件下的局限性。列宁的文化观是中国特色社会主义文化理论的理论来源，对中国社会的政治、经济、文化的协调发展有十分重要的借鉴意义。此外，在注重人的全面发展、建设社会主义文化强国和加强党的执政能力等方面都具有及其重要的现实意义。 今天的中国，改革开放进入到一个攻坚时期，面临国内外各种复杂情况和挑战，重温列宁的这一极具历史前瞻性和借鉴性的思想，既是十分必要的，也是历史必然。
