毛泽东为人民谋福利的思想及其当代价值研究

【摘要】：为人民谋福利的思想是毛泽东思想中蕴含的极其重要的一个方面,他有着丰富的科学内涵。努力为人民谋福利,对加快中国社会主义现代化建设、构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义政治文明与精神文明以及完善中国的社会福利制度有着重大意义。首先,简要介绍研究目的意义、国内外研究现状、研究思路、方法以及研究的理论依据。其次,对毛泽东为人民谋福利思想的理论来源进行梳理。毛泽东为人民谋福利思想是把马克思、列宁福利思想的基本原理与中国革命、建设实践的具体情况相结合的必然产物,是对马克思、列宁为人民谋福利思想的丰富与发展。同时,毛泽东为人民谋福利的思想也受到中华传统福利思想的影响,是对中华传统福利思想的扬弃。再次、对毛泽东为人民谋福利思想的发展过程及其科学内涵进行探讨。一方面,毛泽东为人民谋福利思想的形成有着长期过程,它经历了北伐战争、土地革命战争、抗日战争、解放战争以及后来的社会主义过渡与建设时期的漫长岁月,经历了萌芽、形成、成熟和继续发展几个阶段；另一方面,毛泽东为人民谋福利思想有着极其丰富的科学内涵,是毛泽东思想中极其重要的一个部分,其核心内容是福利事业来源于人民,福利事业为了人民。最后,探究毛泽东为人民谋福利思想的当代价值。指出在马克思主义中国化的历史进程中,毛泽东为人民谋福利的思想有着巨大的当代价值：中国共产党的福利事业需坚持以人为本、福利为民；努力调动一切积极因素,为实现人民利益服务；妥善处理人民利益关系、重视弱势群体利益的保护；坚持以改善民生为重点的社会建设,为民族与人民求福利。这些价值对建立与完善现阶段中国的社会福利制度提供了相应的对策参考。新的历史时期,中国共产党只有努力为人民群众谋福利,人民群众才会信赖党,中国的社会主义事业才会更加繁荣昌盛,劳动人民的生活也才会更加幸福美满。
[Abstract]:The thought of working for the welfare of the people is an extremely important aspect of Mao Zedong thought, which has rich scientific connotations. Striving for the welfare of the people is of great significance for speeding up China's socialist modernization, building a harmonious socialist society, building a socialist political and spiritual civilization, and perfecting China's social welfare system. First of all, it briefly introduces the significance of the research purpose, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas, methods and the theoretical basis of the research. Secondly, the theoretical source of Mao Zedong's thought of seeking welfare for the people is combed out. Mao Zedong's thought of seeking welfare for the people is the inevitable result of combining the basic principles of Marx's and Lenin's welfare thoughts with the concrete conditions of the Chinese revolution and construction practice, and is the enrichment and development of Marx's and Lenin's thought of seeking for the welfare of the people. At the same time, Mao Zedong's thought of seeking welfare for the people is also influenced by the Chinese traditional welfare thought, which is the sublation of the Chinese traditional welfare thought. Thirdly, the development process and scientific connotation of Mao Zedong's thought of seeking welfare for the people are discussed. On the one hand, the formation of Mao Zedong's thought for the welfare of the people had a long process. It had gone through the long years of the Northern Expedition War, the Agrarian Revolution War, the Anti-Japanese War, the War of Liberation and, later, the period of socialist transition and construction. On the other hand, Mao Zedong's thought for the welfare of the people has an extremely rich scientific connotation and is an extremely important part of Mao Zedong's thought. Its core content is that the welfare business comes from the people, and the welfare cause is for the people. Finally, explore the contemporary value of Mao Zedong's thought of seeking welfare for the people. It is pointed out that in the historical process of Marxism in China, Mao Zedong's thought of working for the welfare of the people has great contemporary value: the welfare cause of the Communist Party of China should be people-oriented, welfare for the people, and all positive factors should be mobilized. In order to serve the interests of the people, properly handle the interests of the people, attach importance to the protection of the interests of the vulnerable groups, adhere to the social construction, which focuses on improving the people's livelihood, and seek welfare for the nationalities and the people. These values provide corresponding countermeasures for the establishment and improvement of China's social welfare system at the present stage. In the new historical period, only when the Communist Party of China works hard for the welfare of the masses can the masses trust the Party, the socialist cause of China will become more prosperous and the life of the working people will be happier and better.
