【摘要】：正毛泽东历来重视调查研究,不仅自己经常到全国各地考察调研,体察民情,分析和解决实际问题,而且还通过多种形式和途径,掌握第一手材料。20世纪50年代中期,毛泽东同志特别注重让身边的工作人员出去搞调查,无论是秘书、卫士还是警卫部队的战士,都让他们调查农村情况。在他看来,不懂得中国的农民,就办不好中国的事情。为深入了解农村实情,1955年初,毛泽东提出从全国每个省份选调一名军队干部,天津、上海、广州、重庆、武汉五个大城市各选调一名军队
