论毛泽东的农民观及其当代价值

【摘要】：毛泽东对农民是有着深厚感情的,这与他的农村家庭背景有着密切的关系,正是在这种感情的维系下,毛泽东不论是在领导中国革命时期,还是建设时期,关心农民、解决农村问题一直是他的关注重点。他把自己的一生都献给了中国农民的解放、中国农民生活水平的提高以及中国农村经济的改革发展。为此,他不辞辛劳,殚精竭虑,在不断的摸索与创新中,闯出了一条通向“大同”理想的康庄大道。在中国革命与建设时期,毛泽东结合中国的实际国情,中国革命与建设的实际问题,把根本解决农民和农村问题作为实现突破的重点,最后成功的解决了农民和农村问题,可以说,这是毛泽东对马克思列宁主义最富有创造性的贡献,为马克思主义与中国实际相结合,实现第一次历史性飞跃,打下了坚实的基础。无论是在硝烟弥漫的民主革命时期,还是在探索建设有中国特色的社会主义时期,毛泽东的农民观都具有极其重大的历史意义和现实指导意义,其为解决“三农”问题,为全面建设社会主义和谐社会,为推进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设,提供了借鉴和指导。为此,本文分为四部分来阐述毛泽东的农民观：第一部分,阐述研究毛泽东农民观的意义,以及国内外研究该领域的现状。同时,从概念界定的角度分析了什么是农民观,以及如何界定毛泽东的农民观。第二部分,研究了毛泽东的农民观是如何形成和发展的。具体分析了毛泽东农民观产生的时代背景、历史依据、实践基础、思想理论来源以及毛泽东农民观形成和发展的分期。第三部分,具体阐述了毛泽东农民观的主要内容。包括如何对农民进行阶级划分,农民主体论、动力论、教育论和利益论。第四部分,研究了毛泽东农民观对建设社会主义新农村的启示,包括尊重农民利益,走群众路线,把农民组织起来,坚持科学发展观,以及培养新型农民。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong had a deep feeling for the peasants, which was closely related to his rural family background. It was under the support of this feeling that Mao Zedong cared for the peasants no matter in the period of leading the Chinese revolution or in the period of construction. Solving rural problems has always been his focus. He devoted his whole life to the liberation of Chinese peasants, the improvement of their living standards and the reform and development of China's rural economy. To this end, he painstakingly, in the constant exploration and innovation, broke out a road to the ideal of "Datong". During the period of China's revolution and construction, Mao Zedong took the fundamental solution to the problems of peasants and rural areas as the focus of the breakthrough, combining with the actual conditions of China and the practical problems of China's revolution and construction. Finally, Mao Zedong successfully solved the problems of peasants and rural areas. It can be said that this is Mao Zedong's most creative contribution to Marxism-Leninism and has laid a solid foundation for the integration of Marxism with China's reality and the realization of the first historic leap forward. No matter in the period of democratic revolution filled with smoke or in the period of exploring and building socialism with Chinese characteristics, Mao Zedong's view of farmers has extremely great historical and practical significance, in order to solve the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". It provides reference and guidance for building a harmonious socialist society in an all-round way and promoting reform and opening up and socialist modernization. Therefore, this paper is divided into four parts to expound Mao Zedong's view on farmers: the first part, the significance of studying Mao Zedong's view of farmers, and the present situation of studying this field at home and abroad. At the same time, from the angle of concept definition, it analyzes what is the farmer view and how to define Mao Zedong's farmer view. The second part, studied how Mao Zedong's farmer view is formed and developed. The background, historical basis, practice basis, ideological and theoretical sources and stages of formation and development of Mao Zedong's views on peasants are analyzed in detail. The third part, elaborated the main content of Mao Zedong farmer view concretely. It includes how to divide peasants into classes, farmers' subject theory, motive theory, education theory and benefit theory. In the fourth part, the author studies the enlightenment of Mao Zedong's view of farmers on the construction of new socialist countryside, including respecting the interests of farmers, following the mass line, organizing peasants, adhering to the scientific concept of development, and cultivating new farmers.
