坚持科学发展观促进城市管理

【摘要】：城市管理是城市建设与发展的永恒主题,城市管理水平直接反映城市管理者和市民的素质,事关城市形象和发展大计。科学发展观要求城市发展坚持以人为本的理念,具有一般复杂巨系统工程,将城市管理作为一个系统加以研究,积极探讨新时代的城市管理理念,促进城市体制管理创新的基石,是要树立新的科学发展观,以经济、社会、自然协调发展为途径。
[Abstract]:Urban management is the eternal theme of urban construction and development. The level of urban management directly reflects the quality of city managers and citizens, which is related to the image and development of the city. The concept of scientific development requires that the urban development should adhere to the people-oriented concept and have a general complex system engineering. The urban management is studied as a system, and the concept of urban management in the new era is actively discussed. To promote the innovation of urban system management, it is necessary to establish a new scientific concept of development and take the coordinated development of economy, society and nature as the way.
