马克思人口质量理论及其对提高我国人口素质的指导价值

【摘要】：随着生产力的发展和科学技术日新月异,人口质量的作用不断凸显出来,我国的人口政策实施多年以来,取得了明显成效,但是为适应时代发展的要求,我国人口素质还需要进一步提高,马克思人口质量理论为新时期提高我国人口素质提供了理论依据。马克思人口质量理论是马克思人口理论的核心内容,其实质是实现无产阶级的解放以及全人类自由全面发展的理论。本文为全面深入地论述马克思人口质量理论,首先从费尔巴哈和黑格尔的哲学中关于人的观点、斯密和李嘉图的劳动价值论中关于劳动创造价值的观点以及19世纪三大空想社会主义者关于人的全面发展的理论等方面寻找其思想来源,并结合当时社会实际分析其产生的社会历史条件,从而理清马克思人口质量理论产生的理论渊源和历史背景；其次,根据马克思人口质量理论形成和发展各阶段的特点,即：传统哲学影响下对人的自由的理性思考、唯物史观建立后对人的自由全面发展的论述及在唯物史观指导下对资本主义社会的进一步批判和对未来社会的探索,将马克思人口质量理论的历史逻辑分为萌芽和产生、形成及进一步发展等三个阶段,深入分析其产生的过程；再次,从马克思人口质量理论的理论前提、人口质量提高的基础和根本体现以及人口质量的素质构成等四个方面来阐述马克思人口质量理论的主要内容,从而全面细致地把握马克思人口质量理论；最后,分析我国改革开放以来的人口素质现状,根据马克思人口质量理论,从经济、社会、“两种生产”及思想道德等方面分析新时期提高我国人口素质的途径,为提高我国人口素质提供理论依据,为最终实现人的自由全面发展创造条件。
[Abstract]:With the development of productivity and the rapid development of science and technology, the role of population quality is becoming more and more prominent. Our country's population policy has achieved remarkable results for many years, but in order to adapt to the requirements of the development of the times, The population quality of our country needs to be further improved. Marx's theory of population quality provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of population quality in China in the new period. Marx's population quality theory is the core content of Marx's population theory, and its essence is the theory of realizing the liberation of proletariat and the free and all-round development of all mankind. In order to fully and deeply discuss Marx's theory of population quality, firstly, from Feuerbach's and Hegel's philosophies on human beings, In Smith's and Ricardo's theory of labor value, the idea of creating value by labor and the theory of the three utopian socialists about the all-round development of human beings in the 19th century were found to be the source of their thoughts. Combining with the social reality at that time, this paper analyzes the social and historical conditions of its emergence, so as to clarify the theoretical origin and historical background of Marx's theory of population quality. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the various stages of the formation and development of Marx's theory of population quality, that is, rational thinking of human freedom under the influence of traditional philosophy, The historical logic of Marx's theory of population quality is divided into two parts: the elaboration of the free and all-round development of human beings after the establishment of historical materialism, the further criticism of capitalist society and the exploration of the future society under the guidance of historical materialism, and the historical logic of Marx's theory of population quality is divided into germination and emergence. The formation and further development of the three stages, in-depth analysis of its production process; Thirdly, the main contents of Marx's population quality theory are expounded from four aspects: the theoretical premise of Marx's population quality theory, the foundation and fundamental embodiment of population quality improvement and the quality composition of population quality. In order to fully and meticulously grasp Marx's theory of population quality; Finally, this paper analyzes the present situation of population quality since the reform and opening up in China, and according to Marx's theory of population quality, analyzes the ways to improve the population quality in the new period from the aspects of economy, society, "two kinds of production" and ideology and morality. In order to improve the quality of China's population to provide theoretical basis for the ultimate realization of human freedom and overall development conditions.
