邓小平党政分开思想研究

【摘要】：正确认识和处理党同国家政权组织的关系,实行党政分开,克服权力过分集中、党政不分甚至以党代政的问题,加强和改善党的领导,从而既充分发挥党的领导核心作用,又充分发挥国家政权组织管理国家事务的职能,推进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设事业的发展,是邓小平政治体制改革思想乃至邓小平理论的重要组成部分。
[Abstract]:To correctly understand and handle the relationship between the party and the state power organizations, to separate the party from the government, to overcome the problem of excessive centralization of power, to strengthen and improve the leadership of the party, and to strengthen and improve the leadership of the party, so as to give full play to the central role of the party's leadership.
