邓小平利用资本主义思想研究

【摘要】：当今世界,经济全球化日益加剧,资本主义与社会主义两种制度既相互影响又相互制约,共处于矛盾统一体中。资本主义历经几百年的发展,构成为人类社会文明形态的重要组成部分。经过长期的累积和调试,资本主义自身矛盾虽未完全解决,但仍然保持着一定的繁荣。中国社会主义建设历经几十年,但在经济、科技等许多方面仍然处于发展赶超中,甚至落后于发达资本主义国家。因此,如何正确利用资本主义优秀文明成果来发展自己、完善自己是中国共产党人面对的一个十分重要的理论和现实问题。 邓小平作为中国共产党第一代领导集体的主要成员之一和党的第二代领导集体的核心,在领导中国人民进行革命和建设的风雨历程中,对资本主义问题进行了深入的思考和探索,并在此基础上形成了较为系统地利用资本主义的思想。本文的研究不仅在于厘清邓小平利用资本主义的思想理路,而且在于深入揭示邓小平利用资本主义思想的时代价值。 本研究共分为四个部分： 第一部分,邓小平利用资本主义思想的提出条件及确立过程。在这一部分,文章从时代背景、理论渊源、历史依据与现实基础四个方面对邓小平利用资本主义思想形成的历史条件进行探讨。同时,对资本主义思想的形成发展过程进行划分,认为邓小平利用资本主义思想经历了初步形成、发展完善和成熟总结三个阶段,在实践中这一思想不断发展完善并最终走向成熟。 第二部分,邓小平利用资本主义的目的、原则及思想特征。在这一部分,分析了邓小平利用资本主义的目的,一是为了发展生产力,二是为了赶超资本主义,进而总结出邓小平利用资本主义思想有“解放思想、大胆利用”原则,“独立自主、自力更生”原则,“坚持社会主义道路”原则,“三个有利于”的评判标准等四个原则,并从全面性、科学性和实践性等方面阐述其思想特征。 第三部分,邓小平利用资本主义思想的主要内容。在这一部分主要从经济、政治、文化三个维度进行分析。在经济方面,从借鉴资本主义市场经济建设经验,利用外资,学习国外的管理经验和先进技术,允许个体、私营等非公有制经济发展,兴办经济特区,实行“一国两制”学习利用资本主义等模块进行阐述；政治上,从借鉴西方政治体制经验,推动政治体制改革,学习但不照搬西方民主的角度进行分析；文化上,论述了邓小平批判地吸收资本主义有益的知识和思想文化等内容。 第四部分,邓小平利用资本主义思想的意义。从理论与现实两个维度进行了详细阐述。深入探讨和分析了邓小平利用资本主义文明成果的思想对于正确认识资本主义、进一步深化改革和扩大开放、坚定中国特色社会主义道路、发展马克思主义关于资本主义的学说等方面的重要意义。 本文的研究意义在于,通过对邓小平利用资本主义思想这一课题的研究为如何正确认识资本主义,如何处理好社会主义与资本主义的关系,如何科学借鉴和利用资本主义的文明成果提出一定的参考。
