论马克思恩格斯国家职能理论及其现实意义

【摘要】：本文对马克思恩格斯国家职能思想进行了系统梳理,全面阐释马克思恩格斯国家职能的历史发展轨迹,着重从国家职能的分类、起源、性质论述了国家两种职能的内涵及其辩证关系。国家职能的产生、发展和消亡是一个客观的历史过程,有其独特的规律性。马克思恩格斯认为国家包含政治统治和社会管理两种基本的职能,在人类发展进程的不同历史阶段,两者在社会中的主导作用是不同的。本文重点阐述国家的社会管理职能,无论是阶级社会还是无阶级的社会,社会管理职能都起到不可替代的作用,只是它以不同的形式存在而已。无产阶级专政的历史实践把马克思恩格斯国家职能思想由理论转变为现实。研究国家职能理论一方面可以为马克思恩格斯历史唯物主义国家观奠定思想基础；另一方面对于当前正确处理好我国的政治、经济、文化和社会关系提供指导思想,对构建社会主义和谐社会的发展具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:This article systematically combs the thought of state function of Marx and Engels, explains the historical development track of the state function of Marx and Engels in an all-round way, emphasizes on the classification and origin of the state function. The nature discusses the connotation of the two functions of the state and its dialectical relationship. The emergence, development and demise of state function is an objective historical process with its unique regularity. Marx and Engels think that the state consists of two basic functions: political rule and social management. In the different historical stages of human development, the dominant roles of the two countries in society are different. This paper focuses on the social management function of the state, whether it is class society or classless society, social management function plays an irreplaceable role, but it exists in different forms. The historical practice of proletarian dictatorship transformed Marx and Engels' thought of state function from theory to reality. On the one hand, studying the theory of state function can lay the ideological foundation for Marx and Engels' historical materialism view of state. On the other hand, it is of great practical significance to provide the guiding ideology for correctly handling the political, economic, cultural and social relations of our country at present, and to construct the development of a harmonious socialist society.
