中国化马克思主义尊严观研究

【摘要】:尊严,作为人的存在意义和存在价值的最高表征形式,古往今来引导着人们对其求解。从某种程度上来说,人类历史就是一部逐渐认识自身尊严并不断加以保障和维护的历史。目前,人的尊严已经成为现代文明的一个核心理念和要素,它支撑着人类的共同生活和人类社会的正常秩序,尤其已成为支撑人类存在和发展的精神基础和根源。温家宝总理关于“我们所做的一切都是要让人民生活得更加幸福、更有尊严,让社会更加公正、更加和谐”的庄严承诺,为中国化马克思主义尊严观研究提供了契机。总结并阐述中国化马克思主义尊严观,探索维护和实现人的尊严的基本途径,对于维持稳定和谐的社会秩序,推进中国特色社会主义建设、彰显社会主义制度优越性具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。 全文共分为八个部分: 绪论,旨在明确中国化马克思主义尊严观的理论定位,通过对实践中和价值领域中国化马克思主义尊严观研究的必要性、中国化马克思主义尊严观的研究现状和中国化马克思主义尊严观研究的方法论和创新点等问题的阐述,可以明确中国化马克思主义尊严观研究的理论定位,从而为下文的研究奠定基础。 第一章,主要界定并分析尊严这一概念的内涵及特征、存在的样态、凸显的历史渊源和现实情境。在讨论尊严的存在样态时,本文提出了人的身体尊严、人格尊严和精神尊严这一关于尊严的三分法,有效地将这一抽象概念具体化。在厘清尊严概念的基础上阐明了尊严观和马克思主义尊严观的内涵。 第二章,,主要梳理了中国化马克思主义尊严观的思想渊源,根据其产生的文化背景、尤其是理论内容和价值旨归的的不同,可以将中国化马克思主义尊严观的思想渊源划分为中国传统文化中的尊严观念、西方社会的尊严观念和科学的马克思的尊严观。 第三章,主要阐述中国化马克思主义尊严观产生和发展的历史进程。以李大钊和陈独秀为代表的早期中国共产党人关于人的尊严的一系列论述成为中国化马克思主义尊严观的萌芽。中国革命和社会主义建设初期毛泽东尊严观的形成,标志着中国化马克思主义尊严观的形成。第三个阶段是中国化马克思主义尊严观的创新、丰富和发展阶段,其标志是中国特色社会主义尊严观的形成。这其中,以邓小平为核心的第二代中央领导集体开启了中国特色社会主义尊严观的新篇章,以江泽民为核心的第三代中央领导集体开拓了中国特色社会主义尊严观的新发展,以胡锦涛为核心的第四代中央领导集体开辟了中国特色社会主义尊严观的新境界。 第四章,主要阐述了中国化马克思主义尊严观的科学理路。其过程理路体现在中国化马克思主义尊严观的形成体现了对马克思主义尊严观的继承和发展、对西方社会尊严观的批判与借鉴和对中国传统文化尊严观的扬弃;其逻辑理路体现在为何提出中国化马克思主义尊严观的重大命题、中国化马克思主义尊严观的形成何以可能、如何推动中国化马克思主义尊严观的不断完善和发展这三个逻辑递进的命题。 第五章,主要总结了中国化马克思主义尊严观的科学内涵。其科学内涵包括中国化马克思主义尊严观的哲学基础、中国化马克思主义尊严观中心问题和中国化马克思主义尊严观基本观点三个部分。 第六章,主要归纳了中国社会主义条件下人的尊严的提升和对尊严建设实践的反思。主要体现在广大人民身体尊严、人格尊严和精神尊严的整体提升。反思主要是通过对改革开放前尊严的曲折发展和社会转型期尊严建设面临的困境与挑战二者的分析得出结论。 第七章,在影响人的尊严提升的诸多因素中,选取制度这一关键因素,并从总体上探讨与人的身体尊严、人格尊严和精神尊严密切相关的制度建设的总体路向,以期为中国特色社会主义尊严建设实践提供一种直接的进路。 结语,基于中国化马克思主义尊严观的科学性、在中国化马克思主义尊严观指导下的中国社会主义尊严建设的巨大成就,我们有理由展望未来中国尊严建设事业的光明前景。中国的尊严建设实践同样对世界范围内的尊严建设具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The human dignity, as the human existence meaning and the existence value of the highest representation form, the past and the present to guide people to solve it. To some extent, human history is a history of progressive recognition of its dignity and continuous protection and maintenance. At present, human dignity has become a core concept and element of modern civilization, and it supports the common life of human and the normal order of human society, in particular, it has become the spiritual foundation and source of supporting human existence and development.
