马克思社会共和思想研究

【摘要】：社会共和思想作为马克思思想的重要组成部分,承载着彻底批判市民社会和政治国家的历史使命,聚焦于政治解放向社会解放的转变,致力于实现人的自由全面发展,其扬弃政治共和,提出了"社会共和国"的政治哲学构想。马克思社会共和思想坚持现实性与终极性相统一,关注人的现实性和人类全面解放的终极性;坚持批判性与建构性相统一,批判是为了更好地进行建构;坚持价值性与科学性相统一,具有科学的理论基础和以实现人类的全面解放为最终目标的价值指向。在马克思看来,政治解放是指通过资产阶级革命使政治国家从中央集权的专制制度中解放出来。现代国家通过政治共和获得了政治国家的解放,伴随着市民社会与政治国家相分离,私人生活与公共政治生活也分离开来,私人生活获得了解放。但对马克思而言,一个良好的社会并不是仅仅实现了政治民主共和的社会,因为政治共和只是实现了政治国家的解放,而在市民社会内部依然存在着私人等级的不平等,人并没有获得真正的自由和解放。因此,马克思提出超越并扬弃政治共和,实现政治解放向社会解放的转变,完成政治共和向社会共和的跨越,从而使人类由虚幻的共同体进入真实的共同体,通过建立社会共和国,最终实现人类的全面解放。从最抽象的层面上讲,社会共和是要打破政治国家对人和社会的压迫和束缚,消除市民社会内部实际存在的私人等级的不平等,使得人与人之间相互平等的社会关系在社会各个领域都建立起来,从而实现人的自由全面发展,人类也由此进入到自由创造和发展的历史阶段。
[Abstract]:As an important part of Marx's thought, the thought of social republic bears the historical mission of thoroughly criticizing civil society and political country, focuses on the transformation from political liberation to social liberation, devotes itself to the free and all-round development of human beings, abandons the political republic, and puts forward the political philosophy conception of "social republic". Marx's thought of social republic adheres to the unity of reality and finality, pays attention to the reality of human beings and the ultimate nature of human liberation in an all-round way; adheres to the unity of criticism and constructiveness in order to construct better; adheres to the unity of value and science, has the scientific theoretical basis and takes the realization of the overall liberation of human beings as the ultimate goal. In Marx's view, political liberation refers to the liberation of political countries from the autocratic system of centralization through bourgeois revolution. The modern country obtained the liberation of the political state through the political republic. With the separation of the civil society and the political state, the private life and the public political life were also separated, and the private life was liberated. However, as far as Marx is concerned, a good society is not only a society of political democratic republic, because political republic has only realized the liberation of political country, but there is still inequality of private level within civil society, and human beings have not been truly free and liberated. Therefore, Marx put forward to transcend and abandon political republic, realize the transformation from political liberation to social liberation, complete the leap from political republic to social republic, so that human beings can enter the real community from illusory community, and finally realize the all-round liberation of human beings through the establishment of social republic. From the most abstract point of view, social republic is to break the oppression and bondage of people and society by political countries, eliminate the inequality of private level existing in civil society, and make the equal social relations between people be established in all fields of society, so as to realize the free and all-round development of human beings, and thus enter the historical stage of free creation and development of human beings.
