流动人口就业状况、歧视知觉对定居意愿的影响——基于2013年全国流动人口动态监测数据的分析

【摘要】：通过对2013年全国流动人口动态监测数据的分析,结果表明:流动人口在流入城市的定居意愿不强,内部差异较大;流动人口的职业类别、行业类别、单位性质、就业身份、本地工作年数、个人月收入、家庭月收入、劳动合同类型等就业状况对其在流入城市的定居意愿具有显著影响效应;流动人口的歧视知觉对其定居意愿存在显著的负向影响效应;流动人口的歧视知觉和定居意愿均存在显著的地区差异。要提高流动人口在流入城市的定居意愿,城市管理当局应完善公共服务体系,提升城市对流动人口的吸引力;改善流动人口的就业状况,帮助其实现稳定就业、体面就业;促进本地人与流动人口的和谐共处,降低流动人口的歧视知觉。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2013, the results show that the floating population's willingness to settle in the city is not strong and the internal difference is great. Occupation category, industry category, unit nature, employment status, number of years of local work, personal monthly income, monthly household income. The employment situation such as the type of labor contract has a significant effect on their willingness to settle in the city; The discrimination perception of floating population has a significant negative effect on their settlement intention; There are significant regional differences in discrimination perception and settlement intention of floating population. In order to improve the willingness of floating population to settle in cities, urban management authorities should improve the public service system. Enhancing the attraction of the city to the floating population; Improving the employment situation of the floating population and helping them to achieve stable employment and decent employment; To promote the harmonious coexistence between the local population and the floating population, and reduce the discrimination consciousness of the floating population.
