外来人口人居活动与大连城市人居环境系统发展研究

【摘要】：外来人口改变了一个城市的人口结构,进入城市的外来人口的人居活动和当地人口的人居活动相互联系、相互作用从而影响到该城市的自然地理环境、经济发展和社会变迁。由于研究目的不同,关于外来人口的界定分歧很大,给相关研究带来很大不便。本文把来自大连城市人居环境系统以外的人口定义为外来人口,依据外来人口来大连的目的和动机将外来人口分为外来学习交流人口、外来投资人口、外来旅游人口、外来务工人口和投亲访友人口以及无业盲流人口,并把外来人口人居活动作为城市人居环境系统的干扰因素,采用系统论的基本原理和方法研究外来人口人居活动与大连城市人居环境系统的协调发展关系。城市人居环境系统是以人居活动为主体的复杂开放的系统,包括物质系统和非物质系统。为研究外来人口的人居活动对大连城市人居环境系统的物质系统和非物质系统的影响。对物质系统的三个子系统选择2000年以来的10年的15个指标150个数据与大连外来人口进行相关性分析,对非物质系统三个子系统选取17个指标170个数据运用SPSS软件进行分析,并分别建立外来人口与大连城市人居环境系统物质系统和非物质系统的的数学模型。经过分析发现物质系统中的住宅子系统和交通子系统与外来人口的相关度高,外来人口人居活动对城市非物质系统的影响最大的是:邮电通信、社会保障、商业和服务业、客运量、供水、供电、固定投资、教育和科研投入,而与娱乐文化宣传的相关性差,说明外来人口的社会融入性不强。通过分析,结合大连人居环境系统的实际提出了大连城市人居环境系统的可持续发展的建议。本文基于外来人口统计口径的差异以及外来人口的分歧的限制,定性分析时对外来人口采用最宽泛的定义,在定量分析时采用权威外来人口统计数据进行模糊分析,对分析结果有一定影响。
[Abstract]:The alien population has changed the population structure of a city, the human settlement activities of the alien population entering the city and the human settlement activities of the local population are interlinked, thus affecting the natural geographical environment, economic development and social changes of the city.Because of the different purpose of the research, the definition of the alien population is very different, which brings great inconvenience to the related research.This paper defines the population outside the urban human settlements system of Dalian as the alien population. According to the purpose and motivation of the foreign population to come to Dalian, the foreign population is divided into the population of foreign learning and exchange, the population of foreign investment and the population of foreign tourism.The population of migrant workers and visiting friends, as well as the population of unemployed blind people, and the activities of migrants as interference factors in the urban human settlements system,In this paper, the basic principles and methods of system theory are used to study the harmonious development relationship between the human settlement activities of the alien population and the urban human settlement environment system in Dalian.Urban human settlements environment system is a complex open system with human settlement activities as the main body, including material system and non-material system.In order to study the influence of the human settlement activities of the alien population on the physical system and the immaterial system of the urban human settlements system in Dalian.This paper analyzes the correlation between the 150 data of 15 indexes and the alien population of Dalian in the 10 years since 2000, and uses SPSS software to analyze the 17 indexes and 170 data of the three subsystems of the material system.The mathematical models of the physical system and the nonmaterial system of the alien population and the urban human settlement environment system in Dalian are established respectively.It is found that the residential subsystem and transportation subsystem in the material system have a high correlation with the foreign population. The most important factors affecting the urban immaterial system are: post and telecommunications, social security, commerce and service.Passenger volume, water supply, power supply, fixed investment, education and scientific research investment, but the correlation with entertainment cultural propaganda is poor, which shows that the social integration of the foreign population is not strong.By analyzing and combining with the reality of Dalian human settlement environment system, the suggestions of sustainable development of Dalian urban human settlement environment system are put forward.Based on the difference of the caliber of the foreign population and the limitation of the difference of the foreign population, this paper adopts the broadest definition of the foreign population in the qualitative analysis and the fuzzy analysis of the authoritative foreign population statistics in the quantitative analysis.It has certain influence on the result of analysis.
