流动人口城市融入的复杂性逻辑

【摘要】：流动人口的城市融入过程面临结构约束与个体选择双重复杂性逻辑演进。本研究从数据库中选择相关数据资料,从"结构-选择"视角探究流动人口市民化的实践逻辑。研究发现:其一,处于结构层面的政治、市场、社会三大体系之间的整合度低。其二,大多数流动人口在城市还只感知到市场排斥,还没有注意到可能有的政策与城市社会排斥。其三,具备如下特征的流动人口相对容易融入城市,这些特征大致是女性、较高的教育程度、已婚状态、配偶是城里人,对法律规范以及现代城市组织有较多的了解、家庭经济收入高、在城市生活压力少、有正能量以及认同城市主流文化等。
[Abstract]:The urban integration process of the floating population is faced with the dual complexity logic evolution of structural constraints and individual choices. This study selects the relevant data from the database to explore the practical logic of the citizenization of the floating population from the perspective of "structure selection". The study finds that the integration of the three major systems of political, market and society in the structure level is the first. Second, most of the floating population only perceive market exclusion in the city, and have not noticed possible policies and urban social exclusion. Thirdly, the floating population with the following features is relatively easy to integrate into the city, which are generally women, higher education, married state, spouses are urban people, legal norms and The modern urban organization has a lot of understanding, high family income, less pressure in urban life, positive energy and urban mainstream culture.
