人口分层下农民对现代农业的需求及对策研究——基于许昌市18个村312个农户的调查

【摘要】：我国现代农业的发展呈现出政府推动的特征。在围绕农业科技、土地流转、农业公共服务和农业专业合作组织方面就农民对现代农业的需求状况进行分析发现,在整体上农民对发展现代农业有强烈的需求。在以年龄、学历、收入和职业为特征的人口分层视角下进一步分析可以发现,农民对发展现代农业的需求呈现出较大差异。针对这种差异,本文提出了创新现代农业科技化服务机制、完善土地规模经营的机制、健全农村就业及社会保障机制、建立农业合作组织监督管理机制的对策。
[Abstract]:The development of modern agriculture of our country presents the characteristic that government promotes. In the aspects of agricultural science and technology, land circulation, agricultural public service and agricultural professional cooperative organizations, the farmers' demand for modern agriculture is analyzed. It is found that farmers have a strong demand for the development of modern agriculture on the whole. From the perspective of population stratification, which is characterized by age, education, income and occupation, it can be found that the demand of farmers for the development of modern agriculture is quite different. In view of this difference, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of innovating the service mechanism of modern agricultural science and technology, perfecting the mechanism of land scale management, perfecting the mechanism of rural employment and social security, and establishing the supervision and management mechanism of agricultural cooperative organization.
