嵊州市人口结构变化对经济的影响研究

【摘要】：人口是经济发展过程中的一个主导性因素。人口与区域经济发展密切相关。人口结构是制定区域经济发展规划的重要依据,也是中长期区域发展规划本身应该研究的重要内容之一。控制人口增长,调整人口结构,提高人口素质,是人口与经济可持续发展的重要保障。本文以嵊州市人口结构变化对以及其对经济发展的影响为研究对象。论文首先介绍了该课题的选题背景及研究的目的、国内外研究现状、主要研究方法等；其次,在前人研究成果的基础上,对人口结构的主要内容及其与经济发展的关系等进行了简要概述,以此为依据对研究课题进行深入展开。嵊州市的人口结构的发展变化有着与其它地区不同的特点,对经济的影响也会与其它地区存在一定的差异。论文的主要部分是根据嵊州市六次人口普查人口结构变化相关数据,并结合2002年到2008年的嵊州市统计局数据,分析了嵊州市人口结构主要指标变化情况、特点和存在的问题,详细分析了嵊州市人口结构、人口老龄化的现状及变化的历史趋势,并与绍兴市其他县(市)进行比较,进一步明确了嵊州市人口的特点。着力揭示了嵊州市人口素质偏低、就业负担沉重、人口分布不合理、城市化滞后、老龄化速度加快、养老保障需求增长、人口结构不稳定的现状,这在一定程度上影响和制约了嵊州市经济、人口的协调发展和可持续发展。并针对问题提出了具体的解决对策,尤其针对农村人口结构凸显的问题,进而优化农村人口结构,推进新农村建设。
[Abstract]:Population is a leading factor in the process of economic development. Population and regional economic development are closely related. Population structure is not only an important basis for formulating regional economic development planning, but also one of the important contents that should be studied in the medium and long term regional development planning. Controlling population growth, adjusting population structure and improving population quality are the important guarantee for sustainable development of population and economy. In this paper, the population structure of Shengzhou City and its impact on economic development as an object of study. Firstly, the paper introduces the background of the topic, the purpose of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the main research methods, etc. Secondly, on the basis of the previous research results, The main contents of population structure and the relationship between population structure and economic development are briefly summarized. The development and change of the population structure in Shengzhou city is different from that in other regions, and the influence on economy will also be different from that in other regions. The main part of the paper is based on the relevant data of the population structure change of Shengzhou six censuses, and combining the data of Shengzhou Bureau of Statistics from 2002 to 2008, the paper analyzes the changes, characteristics and existing problems of the main indicators of the population structure in Shengzhou. This paper analyzes in detail the population structure, the present situation of the aging population and the historical trend of change in Shengzhou City, and compares it with other counties (cities) of Shaoxing City, and further clarifies the population characteristics of Shengzhou City. It also reveals the current situation of Shengzhou's low quality of population, heavy burden of employment, unreasonable distribution of population, lag of urbanization, acceleration of aging, increasing demand for old-age security, and unstable population structure. To a certain extent, it affects and restricts the coordinated development and sustainable development of Shengzhou's economy and population. The paper also puts forward some concrete countermeasures to solve the problem, especially the problem of rural population structure, and then optimizes the rural population structure and promotes the construction of new countryside.
