人口红利与湖北省经济增长研究

【摘要】：人口问题是一个国家社会经济发展过程中面临的重要问题。人口与经济增长的关系不仅仅反映在人口总量或人口增长角度，其中由人口年龄结构变动所产生的“人口红利”效应对一个国家或地区的经济增长具有重要影响。因此，如何充分利用人口红利并发挥其效应推动经济持续增长，是我国正在面临的重大问题。本文以“人口红利”理论为基础，，分析研究湖北省人口红利的特征、存在问题以及对经济增长的作用，模型分析结果显示：人口年龄结构变动使劳动力数量增加，劳动参与率提高，从而对经济增长产生影响；不同年龄阶段人口收入来源和用途有所差别，使得储蓄及相应行为有所差别，进而对经济增长产生影响；不同年龄人口的消费倾向、消费观念、消费习惯都有所差别，因而整个社会的消费需求和消费结构变动将对经济增长有所影响；农村地区存在大量劳动年龄人口，这些丰富的劳动力资源大量流入城市，就能发挥劳动力要素重新配置的巨大效应，对经济增长产生影响。上述结果验证了人口年龄结构变动所带来的“人口红利”从不同方面对湖北省经济增长起到了促进作用。在肯定了湖北省人口红利的积极作用的同时，也必须正视其存在的问题，因此从促进湖北省“人口红利”效应最大化的角度出发，本文还对湖北省目前在人口老龄化、劳动力整体素质、农村剩余劳动力等方面存在的问题进行了探讨，并提出了相应的对策措施，以延长人口红利的时间，最大化人口红利效应。
[Abstract]:Population problem is an important problem in the process of social and economic development of a country. The relationship between population and economic growth is not only reflected in the total population or population growth, but also the "demographic dividend" effect caused by the change of population age structure has an important impact on the economic growth of a country or region. Therefore, how to make full use of the population dividend and give full play to its effect to promote sustained economic growth is a major problem that our country is facing. Based on the theory of "demographic dividend", this paper analyzes and studies the characteristics, existing problems and effects on economic growth of population dividend in Hubei Province. The results of model analysis show that the change of population age structure leads to the increase of labor force. The increase of labor force participation rate will have an impact on economic growth, and the difference of income sources and uses among different age groups will make savings and corresponding behaviors different, which will have an impact on economic growth. The consumption tendency, concept and habits of the population of different ages are different, so the changes of consumption demand and consumption structure of the whole society will have an impact on economic growth; there are a large number of working-age people in rural areas. If these abundant labor resources flow into cities in large quantities, they can exert the huge effect of labor factor reconfiguration and have an impact on economic growth. These results verify that the demographic dividend brought by the change of population age structure has promoted the economic growth of Hubei Province in different aspects. While affirming the positive role of the population dividend in Hubei Province, we must also face up to its existing problems. Therefore, from the point of view of promoting the maximization of the "demographic dividend" effect in Hubei Province, this paper also focuses on the aging of the population in Hubei Province at present. This paper probes into the problems existing in the whole quality of labor force and the surplus labor force in rural areas, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in order to prolong the time of population dividend and maximize the effect of population dividend.
