从“一孩”到“二孩”:家庭系统的转变与调适

【摘要】："全面二孩"政策的启动必将推动中国家庭大规模地走向双子女结构。第二次生育不仅令家庭的规模扩张,也使家庭的关系格局发生重组,成员的身份角色被再度定义,因此是家庭系统的重要转型。在这一过程中,婚姻、亲子、手足、代际等次级系统相互影响与作用,使家庭充满变迁的压力,同时家庭也通过内部调整与资源输入来适应新的要求。在当前的制度和社会背景下,中国家庭再生育还面临着一些特殊议题,构建有效的社会支持系统是促进二孩生育的迫切要求。
[Abstract]:The launch of the two-child policy will push Chinese families to double-child structure on a large scale. The second birth not only expands the family's size, but also restructures the family's relationship pattern, and the member's identity role is redefined, so it is an important transformation of the family system. In this process, marriage, parent-child, sibling, intergenerational and other sub-systems interact with each other, which makes the family full of the pressure of change. At the same time, the family also adapts to the new requirements through internal adjustment and resource input. Under the current system and social background, Chinese families are faced with some special issues. It is urgent to build an effective social support system to promote the birth of two children.
