基于可持续发展理论四川省人口承载力研究

【摘要】:可持续发展是注重人类长远发展的模式,而人口作为其中的活跃因素对这种模式有着重要的影响。在城镇化的推进中由人口急剧增加造成了人口拥挤、资源的过度消耗、环境的恶化等现象的产生,可持续发展受到重视。人口、经济与资源环境的协调发展,三者之间的相互作用和关系成为区域可持续发展中思考的重大课题。 四川省作为中国西南经济腹地,其人口众多,资源丰富,如何协调其人口、资源、环境的关系,优良配置资源,以支撑中国第四经济增长极——成渝经济区的发展是具有现实意义的。 本文从系统整体性出发,以可持续发展为理论基础,将人口、资源与环境看作一个互相影响与作用的整体,通过对可持续发展下人口承载力和适度人口等概念及内涵的剖析,尝试从综合承载力的角度分析区域的人口承载力和适度人口,深入探讨了可持续发展下资源与人口之间的关系。 结合四川省现实条件,分别建立人口与耕地、人口与经济、和人口与环境的子系统,运用多种数学模型,从定性和定量的方法探讨在不同资源约束条件之间的相互关系,,得出四川省2030年综合人口承载力。通过人口P-E-R模型计算出四川省适度人口。分析人口资源环境系统与可持续发展的内外部关系,探讨其原因,最后提出相应的建议。
[Abstract]:Sustainable development is a model that pays attention to the long-term development of human being, and population as an active factor has an important influence on this model. In the process of urbanization, population congestion, excessive consumption of resources, deterioration of environment and so on are caused by the rapid increase of population. Sustainable development is paid more attention to. The coordinated development of population, economy and resources and environment, and their interaction and relationship have become a major issue in regional sustainable development. As the economic hinterland of southwest China, Sichuan Province has a large population and abundant resources. How to coordinate the relationship among population, resources and environment, and allocate resources well, It is of practical significance to support the development of China's fourth economic growth pole-Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. Based on the theory of sustainable development, this paper regards population, resources and environment as a whole, and analyzes the concept and connotation of population carrying capacity and moderate population under sustainable development. This paper attempts to analyze the population carrying capacity and the moderate population of the region from the angle of comprehensive bearing capacity, and probes into the relationship between the resources and the population under the condition of sustainable development. Based on the actual conditions of Sichuan Province, the subsystems of population and cultivated land, population and economy, population and environment are established, and the relationship between different resource constraints is discussed by qualitative and quantitative methods using a variety of mathematical models. The comprehensive population carrying capacity of Sichuan Province in 2030 is obtained. The appropriate population of Sichuan Province was calculated by the population P-E-R model. This paper analyzes the internal and external relationship between population, resource and environment system and sustainable development, probes into its causes, and finally puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
