城市公共服务质量对人口流动的影响

【摘要】：文章利用中国2006~2014年城市面板数据和动态面板模型的系统GMM估计方法,基于全国、区域和城市规模层面考察城市公共服务质量对人口流动的影响。研究结果表明,城市公共服务质量有利于促进人口向城市流动,东部地区城市表现尤为突出,且影响效应与城市规模呈明显的正相关;从公共服务质量类型来看,医疗服务质量的总体贡献程度最大;东部地区城市的医疗服务质量、中部地区城市的环境服务质量和西部地区城市的文化服务质量均对人口流动有显著的促进作用;200万及以下人口城市公共服务质量对外来流动人口影响不显著,而200万以上人口城市依靠优良的医疗服务质量能够有效地吸引外来流动人口。
[Abstract]:Based on the systematic GMM estimation method of urban panel data and dynamic panel model from 2006 to 2014 in China, this paper investigates the effect of urban public service quality on population mobility based on national, regional and urban scale. The results show that the quality of urban public service is conducive to promoting the migration of population to the city, especially in the eastern region, and the effect is positively related to the scale of the city. The overall contribution to the quality of medical services is the largest; the quality of medical services in cities in the eastern region, The quality of environmental services in central cities and the quality of cultural services in western cities have a significant effect on population mobility, while the quality of public service in cities with population below 2 million has no significant impact on the floating population. And more than 2 million population cities rely on the excellent quality of medical services can effectively attract the migrant population.
