“四关怀”情系“失独”家庭
[Abstract]:The Department of population and Family Planning of Jinzhou City, Hebei Province, has actively carried out family activities of "losing independence" by psychological care, care for reproduction, care for health, care for life, and "four solicitude" to help families get out of the predicament of "losing independence". Effectively solve the "lost independence" family vital interests, improve the satisfaction of the masses. One is psychological concern. The township family planning office staff and the loving volunteers helped the "lost independence" family to help them form a group. They regularly visited their homes and conducted psychological counseling and spiritual exchanges to guide them out of the shadow of their hearts and to remove their psychological obstacles. Rebuild one's faith in life. Second, care for children. To help families who are in the reproductive period and have the desire to have children to handle the related birth documents, free of charge for the husband and wife to conduct eugenic monitoring, health care during pregnancy and other inspection services. For families who are unable to bear children and are willing to adopt their children, they should actively coordinate civil affairs and the public security departments to handle adoption procedures.
