拉萨市新型城镇化过程中人口管理的新思考

【摘要】：拉萨市地处青藏高原,经济发展受历史、地理等因素影响,较内地省市略显滞后,导致城镇化发展水平也受一定制约。近年来,西藏在自身的不断努力和内地省市的大力援助下,经济得到了快速发展,城镇化提上议事日程,预计到2015年,拉萨市的城镇化水平将达到62%左右。在新型城镇化的发展过程中,人口管理问题是一个亟待解决的问题。文章从拉萨市新型城镇化发展着手,分析探讨拉萨市新型城镇化过程中人口管理的相关问题,并提出相应的解决对策。
[Abstract]:Lhasa City is located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the economic development is influenced by historical, geographical and other factors, and lags behind the inland provinces and cities, which results in the urbanization level being restricted to a certain extent. In recent years, with the continuous efforts of Tibet and the strong assistance of inland provinces and cities, the economy has developed rapidly and urbanization has been put on the agenda. It is estimated that by 2015, the urbanization level of Lhasa will reach about 62 percent. In the development of new urbanization, population management is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the development of new urbanization in Lhasa, this paper analyzes and discusses the related problems of population management in the process of new urbanization in Lhasa, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
