城镇化进程中新生代农民工城市融入问题研究

【摘要】：我国新生代农民工随着城镇化进程的推进,在城市中的融入问题受到来自社会各界的广泛关注。农业一直是我国的主要产业,而工业化的起步比较晚,这在一定程度上导致我国的城镇化发展落后于经济发展,城镇化水平一直比较低、农村剩余劳动力的转移相对比较困难,从而影响了我国社会经济的发展。因此,研究如何使进城务工的农村剩余劳动力融入到城市中对城镇化建设具有重要意义。本文以马克思主义城镇化理论为指导,从经济融入、社会融入、制度融入和文化融入四个方面分析城镇化进程中新生代农民工的融入现状,从而通过分析调查数据寻找影响新生代农民工经济融入、社会融入、制度融入和文化融入四个方面的因素。在借鉴西方发达国家和发展中国家在城市化进程中农村剩余劳动力转移中的成功经验之后,提出解决我国在城镇化进程中新生代农民工的城市融入问题的策略和方案。本论文一共分为六个部分,第一部分是绪论,主要阐述了本文的问题来源和研究意义、国内外研究现状和文本的研究思路以及创新之处、一些基本概念的界定。第二部分是本文的理论基础,主要是马克思主义城乡关系理论,阐述了马克思主义视域下的城乡对立、马克思主义关于城乡融合的思想和中国化的马克思主义城乡融合理论。第三部分是对城镇化进程中新生代农民工城市融入的现状进行分析,主要是从经济融入、社会融入、制度融入和文化融入四个方面进行分析。第四部分是因素分析,对城镇化进程中新生代农民工城市融入障碍进行深剖,针对四方面的融入现状结合对调查数据的分析寻找相应的影响因素。第五部分是总结国外发达国家和发展中国家在城市化进程中国内移民融入的经验和教训,找到我国可以借鉴的方法策略和应该避免的失误。第六部分是对我国城镇化进程中新生代农民工城市融入问题提出解决的对策和策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the integration of the new generation of migrant workers in the city has been paid more and more attention from all walks of life. Agriculture has always been the main industry of our country, and industrialization started relatively late, which to a certain extent led to the urbanization of our country lagging behind the economic development, the urbanization level has been relatively low, the transfer of rural surplus labor force is relatively difficult. Thus affected the social and economic development of our country. Therefore, it is of great significance to study how to integrate the rural surplus labor force into the city. Under the guidance of Marxist urbanization theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of the integration of the new generation of migrant workers in the urbanization process from four aspects: economic integration, social integration, institutional integration and cultural integration. Through the analysis of the survey data, four factors affecting the economic integration, social integration, institutional integration and cultural integration of the new generation of migrant workers are found. After drawing lessons from the successful experiences of western developed and developing countries in the transfer of rural surplus labor in the process of urbanization, this paper puts forward some strategies and schemes to solve the problem of urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of urbanization in China. This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly describes the source and research significance of this paper, the domestic and foreign research status and the text of the research ideas and innovations, some basic concepts of the definition. The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper, mainly the Marxist theory of urban-rural relations, expounds the urban-rural opposition in the perspective of Marxism, Marxist thought on urban-rural integration and Marxist urban-rural integration theory in China. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of urbanization, mainly from four aspects: economic integration, social integration, institutional integration and cultural integration. The fourth part is the factor analysis of the urban integration barriers of the new generation of migrant workers in the urbanization process, aiming at the four aspects of integration status combined with the analysis of the survey data to find out the relevant factors. The fifth part is to summarize the experience and lessons of foreign developed and developing countries in the process of urbanization, and find out the methods and strategies that our country can use for reference and the mistakes that should be avoided. The sixth part is to solve the problem of urban integration of the new generation of migrant workers in the process of urbanization in China.
