六项措施解决群众办证难问题

【摘要】：正为认真贯彻落实好《国家人口计生委关于方便群众办证的通知》精神,河南省南阳市宛城区高度重视,坚持六项措施,切实优化服务,彻底解决群众办证难问题。公开计划生育办证信息。根据新的要求,在区政府官方网站、区人口计生委官方网站公开计划生育办证事项,使群众一看便知如何办理。区人口计生委印制了3万份《宛城区计划生育证件办理服务指南》,包括计划生育证件的办理依据、条件、程序、时限、需提交的证明材料目录、申请表式样范本、服务承诺等,进村入户发放到群众手中,使群众足不出户即可了解办证事项。
