孟加拉国已婚青少年妇女的生殖健康

在孟加拉国,青少年生殖健康（ARH）是健康干预里的一个相对比较新的领域,日渐变得重要。孟加拉国已婚青少年女性的生殖健康容易受到伤害。基于对孟加拉国青少年以及已婚青少年女性的生殖健康的脆弱性带来的社会影响,本文对已婚青少年女性生殖健康的下列因素:她们分娩时期的身体状况、生育调节行为、第一胎的生育方式以及妇科健康服务等方面进行分析。本文分析所使用的数据来源于2004年孟加拉国人口和健康普查,采用两种统计方法:Logistic回归分析方法和Cox比例风险模型进行分析。为了对女性怀孕前的身体状况进行评测,本文只将已婚未孕的年轻女性列入研究范围并侧重于以下四个方面进行分析:体重低于45公斤（%）、身高低于145厘米（%）、发育迟缓（%）以及消瘦（%）。为研究避孕失败以及未使用避孕的原因,分析只将现有的已婚青少年女性考虑在内。考虑到孟加拉国这种第一胎早育现象的负面后果,本文试图对女性早育的程度和已婚的青少年女性第一胎生产方式进行评估,然后对第一胎的生育时间的协变量进行分析。为研究已婚青少年女性的妇科健康服务利用情况,本研究基于安德森的求医模型基础上将个人的特点考虑在内。没有怀孕的已婚青少年女性的身...
