【摘要】：这篇论文的主要目的是为了突出说明中国流动人口现象的推动力。 要理解与所谓的“流动人口”大潮相关的推动力,必须先对推动这个国家发展的巨大动力有所了解。自然因素以及经济政策因素共同划定了中国的领土,为人类历史上规模最大的人口迁移提供了土壤。这一系列的因素连同数据的分析证实了城市化人口比率增长和经济增长巧合性的一致趋势。 城市化与经济增长并没有同步进行,而是在中国的局部地区特别集中,富饶的东海岸和长江中下游的枢纽城市,还有珠江三角洲尤其是广东省,共同催化了近年来这一巨大的人口流动现象。 这篇论文的动机是挖掘创造了中国人口现象的潜在动力,并分析社会中不同类别群体的区别。 为了能够调查人口流动现象,需要将经济因素与政治因素相结合：通过官方数据和现存的有关这一主题的能够提现出人口城市化历史趋势和城乡人口比例的文学资料,加上提供人口流动条件的地区差异。最终因为这个主题的不确定特征,这些数据的获取是很困难的。 然而,中国的情况,与其他国家的经历是不同的。“户口”这种能够适用于中国的人口迁移模型的人口登记系统,在国际上的用途却要有所保留。 对户口系统的历史研究首先着重强调计划经济时期的人口流动限制,而今天为了社会安全考虑仍然对那些没有合适户口的人设置了一个比较高的门槛。 尽管政府已经采取措施比如发放工作许可证和近期的养老金可调动政策来弥补巨大的城乡差距,但是仍然有很大的差距没有被弥补,尤其是对那些没有入档案的打工人群,他们没有任何的可能获得社会保障。
